I wouldn't speculate that based off of this tweet. They always do a "on this date" tweet for popular ride announcements and such.

Found some clues in the lyrics

That wouldn't surprise me. Its called the P&D building. For my internship I had to go there a lot to pick up materials for the campground I worked at. If I were to compare it to anything it would be the Chocolate Factory because it was kinda whimsical and fun to walk through.

In the midst of the Decoding 2020 thread, there was talk about 3 train operations on Adventure Express. This got me thinking of ideas to overhaul the nearly 30 year old attraction and give it better theming. Add more practical sound effects or possibly audio that gets triggered throughout different segments of the ride Maybe the sound of dripping water "clanging" noises when you enter the second tunnel Add color changing lights in some of the tunnels to add more character to the rides. Add props in the station similar to Mystic Timbers Posters in the que would add to the story as well as some custom audio prepping you for the adventure Finally, and I don't know if this is feasible, but return to 3 train operations. It would be cool if a train stopped in the tunnel before the 1st lift hill and some type of scene went on, similar to the shed. It would make the ride seem longer and would help avoid stacking.

Getting off topic but it still shocks me that AE had 3 trains and FoF had 4.

With X-Base getting some attention with a new coaster, I'd be happy with a flat in that area. I'd love a Screamin Seing themed to flight/space between Racer and Flight of Fear.

Diamondback as old wooden coaster
SonofBaconator replied to ThrillKingsFitzy's topic in Kings Island
It would be Diamondback, but as an old, wooden coaster -
I hope they enhance it, not change it. Unfortunately I don't know how they can enhance it. I personally like the cheesy videos, however I haven't seen them on this year. The extended que might get some theming. If you look at Copperhead Strike's que, it has some of the most detailed and elaborate theming ever given to a Cedar Fair coaster.

Hersheypark 2020 Coaster
SonofBaconator replied to Maverick44's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Its not a giga though. You're new here, as I once was, so its normal to want post threads. However, I implore you to use the search bar and read the TOS. Youll have less threads removed that way. -

Cedar Point 2020 Discussion

That's not too crazy to think about to be honest. -
Cedar Point 2020 Discussion
SonofBaconator replied to Maverick44's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Aside from the temporary Monster Jam track, not that I've heard of. I wonder if they plan on making Forbidden Frontier a permanent attraction for years to come. I said it on another thread that they need an observation tower to overlook the lake and the rest of the park. -
Which Cedar Fair parks have the best lineups?
SonofBaconator replied to FUN&ONLY!'s topic in KI Polls
I'd say Cedar Point still has the best lineup but KI isn't too far behind. Sure you could argue CW and CWS could easily be #2 but take away their top 3 coasters and you wouldn't have much. Carowinds just got relevant with Fury 325 and Copperhead Strike while Canada's Wonderland is finally getting better coasters like Yukon Striker. With this new coaster, Kings Island will have a top 5 line-up: Banshee, Beast, Diamondback, Mystic Timbers, and Project X. If I were to rank the coaster lineups based off of tiers, it would go like this. High Tier: CP, KI, CW, CWS Mid Tier: CGA, KD, WOF Low Tier: VF, MA, DP I excluded Knotts because that's a year round park but I would consider it high tier if I had to decide. -
Cedar Point Observation Tower?
SonofBaconator replied to SonofBaconator's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
I'm aware, still not stationary and relatively short, for CP standards anyway. -
Am I the only one that thinks Cedar Point needs a stationary observation tower similar to our Eiffel Tower? Sure the park has WindSeeker but people don't have the option to stay in the air like we do at KI. It would be awesome to stand in a tower and look at the park as well as Lake Erie. I always thought the park could get a polar coaster and have it double as an observation tower. Am I crazy?

I think Gerstlauer is for smaller sized parks. A B&M Dive would have better capacity.
-
I think the lift hill will look steeper in the 2020 park map. Cedar Fair tends to exaggerate the coasters displayed on the map. Don't believe me? Look at Racer, Diamondback and Mystic Timbers and you'll see what I mean.

I-305 is 40 seconds from drop to breaks...

So basically a launched Steel Curtain? That actually sounds cool "Who Dey Coaster"
-
Like what what Idhudsonjr said if, I was on the ride when people had their phones out, I'd get mad. But when you're sitting at home watching people do it, its not worth getting upset over- its out of your control.
-
I would also like a spinning coaster- something more compact like Sierra Sidewinder at KBF

Not trying to sound like a jerk but it doesn't really concern you, or any of us for that matter. There are hundreds of pictures and videos online that were illegal but we've all been guilty of viewing them. Its kinda silly to get heated about something that we have no control over. This is an independent forum that isn't employed by the park. As long as we as individuals follow the parks rules and guidlines, we shouldn't have to worry about others.

No, he wants a double launch Mack coaster like Blue Fire with no MCBR
