It just keeps getting better.

My girlfriend, my friend, and I rode together (all adults) and we got the barrels spinning unbelievably fast. My girlfriend was laughing hysterically the whole ride, it was the highlight of the visit for me. The new area really looks great. I know a seasonal park is never going to get Disney or Universal level theming, but to me the added bits make a world of difference and look amazing. I would love to slowly see the rest of the park get the same effort. I'm really happy with the additions.

While I also have tempered expectations for the level of theming we will receive the reasoning you have doesn't make sense to me. Why would Cedar Fair want to keep one park a tier below another park due to proximity? Wouldn't they want both parks to be world class so that people in the area would want to make trips to both? People planning trips to Cedar Point would be much more easily convinced to add an extra two days to their trip for a great park.

The carrot cake that my girlfriend got was dreadful, but I would like to try the red velvet cake trea. I'm not much for sweets, but it sounds good.

I am hoping that it being opening night aged I to how bad I thought Haunt was Friday, but I doubt it. The atmosphere is just nowhere near what it was in past years. I know this isn't the first year without him, but I really miss the guy that made fun of people when you first walk into Internstional Street. Why they moved Pumpkin Eater is beyond me, but if they were going to move it they could have at least made it look as cool as it did last year. The scare zones were a joke, not many actors and the ones that were there were not very enthusiastic. I did find the new St. Michelle hotel to be pretty decent. Overall, I was pretty disappointed.

We must have very different tastes, friend. Mine was a soggy, gross mess. It looked and sounded great on the picture but the reality was very disappointing, especially for the price. I am glad that you enjoy it though! Different strokes for different folks.

What would security have done if it was a baby left in the car, I wonder. Kudos to them for saving the dogs life, and I have complimented them in the past for good work, but I am of the opinion this person should have been arrested and definitely not allowed to keep the dog.

It would maybe save them a dollar all year haha that syrup is so cheap. That said, I like the idea simply to help the flow of lines for drinks, given that the customers didn't struggle to figure out how to scan.

To whoever the gentleman in the glasses with the Cedar Point straps is that was waiting in line for The Beast, you're my hero. Early in the day I had kids sprinting past me in line and I was angry at myself for not reacting quick enough to call out the line jumpers. You, however, were ready. 4 men tried to cut all the way to the front of The Beast and you confronted them. They told you to F off and you guaranteed them you would make sure they did not get on the ride. Sure enough, as they were boarding the ride security came and pulled them out. You did us park goers proud and so did security. I stopped into guest services to let them know how swift and professional security was.

I have it on good authority from an insider that Slingshot was removed to be replaced with Top Thrill Dragster. It will be a compacted version, of course.
