Heading through the area en route to Nashville the second week in June and may stop at KK. If I stop on a Saturday or Sunday is that a clownstick move? How long are waits? I am considering a return trip stop on the following Friday if that means not face palming all day. Does it really matter? Got the partner in tow who doesn't like to wait for our beloved coasters. Just trying to ride an RMC a few times without her hanging her head in disgust. Thanks.

Rivertown should be rethemed this season to One Small Pond Area. Or Sunburn Land and just put beach chairs all around. Hell, just put sand all in the area.

I especially like King's Mills Flume. I do hope that maintenance is not an issue after this long of its livelihood though.

I am of the grouping that believes this to be a family dark ride or thrilling family water ride. I would love a nicely themed Rivertown, compact GCI but doubt it. I can't imagine putting a Giga there whatsoever, and why would they? I'd be happy if they simply expand Rivertown into a nice area similar to Cedar Point's Frontier Trail..

Sounds like a great way to reimage an old ride. VR tech could totally synch with a track that has possibly exceeded its use in the park. Even mediocre rides could benefit from some creative minds as the technology increases.

Give me a handmade, story driven, creative idea darkride...these interactive ones are all the flippn same. The ones with the pew pew even more. But alas, as cheap and shotty and unimagined as they are...I'm sure cheap is exactly what seasonal parks want.
