  1. Lol my usual "resturants" are La Rosa's, Jukebox Diner, and Panda Express
  2. Delirum being a Giant Frisbee, it would add more stress to the motor to extend its cycle to match its smaller cousin at CP. Delirium has experienced extended downtime in recent seasons as the park awaited parts from Germany (for its motor), so I'm guessing the park would like to keep the downtime to a minimum. They are both considered giant frisbee, maXair is bigger than Delirium. Not by alot thoBoth are the same size. Both have the same plate on them "Ride Model: Giant Frisbee" Maxair is not bigger than Delirium... It is however newer and likely had mechanical improvements after huss experimented with Delirium(first giant frisbee) the only other type of giant frisbee is the "Giant Frisbee 55" which was not manufactured in 05", Maxair's debut year (also not sure of difference between frisbee 55 and normal giant). I think with the new parts on Delirium, It should be able to handle a longer cycle. I visited the park approx. 10 times this past season and I did not see Delirium down one time.
  3. I can 100% guarantee that will not happen. A vast number of huss's "Giant Rides" have been discontinued. The crypt at Kings Island was and always will be the worlds ONLY giant top spin www.hussrides.com. Check out the giant category. Only options are jump 2 and frisbee
  4. Hey. Some huss rides are very reliable, just not the giant ones. Rainbow that used to be at Kentucky kingdom seemed to be open all the time as well as the ship and enterprise. Even look at Kings Island, we have a troika that seems to have a heart of steel. Breakdance is a very fun an generally reliable ride. But I guess all this was before they were bought out...
  5. Thanks, that's what I figured. the only mazes I made it to last year were slaughter house, wolf pack, club blood, and mysteria. Some of the other mazes looked very cool but I didn't have enough time to wait in line as I had to leave and the ones I mentioned above had the shortest lines
  6. I was looking at the Haunt website and have only been to halloween haut as of two years ago. Is there a difference between a "scare zone" and a "maze"?
  7. When I reached 48" tall, my first "big kid rides" were the Rainbow and enterprise. I loved rainbow and although I was terrified of the enterprise I did it and ended up enjoying it, you don't know if you don't like something unless you try it
  8. I may be the only one that thinks this. But in the video introducing the ride, i found it VERY disturbing the way the the Banshee wailed and Son of Beast crumbled. Then Banshee came up it was a great video, just disturbing.
  9. About the live stream. Will going to that link at 9:55 automatically start streaming or will I have to search his name on ustream and then hit play?
  10. Who is this Buddah you speak of? I know of a Boddah. Haha just kidding
  11. I agree with silver2005 even though I just recently joined I have really enjoyed reading this topic from page one. In the short time I have been here, I have began to recognize some users stand out and make this forum interesting. Whether or not you like B&M or Intamin, Every single person here has made this thread interesting. I thank all of you guys for putting interesting and insightful post on here and hope that everyone feels most of my post in this thread have had some contributions. I plan to be sticking around for a while. P.s. ki central looks amazing on ipad lol I have never thought to use my ipad for viewing this thread( even though this has nothing to do with the above post)
  12. ^ it would be very nice to get a unique, new concept. The only thing going against that theory is that it would technically be a "worlds first" and not "world record breaking"
  13. Hey, you never know. He could have been in Kings Islands parking lot. THAT is one of the bumpiest roads I have ever been on! Lol
  14. Dude, no tunnel. Learn what an immelman is. Cause that's what you're getting! Please look at this post real good. http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?/topic/27275-starting-to-decode-2014/?p=540105 I see that. I also see an extra wide base at the bottom of that loop. Raptor and Montu's loop is not that wide. And don't say it is like that because it goes around the lift... I cam calling it.... DIVE MACHINE I am calling it.... you're delusional if you don't think this is an Invert.. Not even a debate at this point. Arguing against this proven fact is idiocy. I tried not to reply, but had to... Your post attacking someone AND calling them names is completly unacceptable. I would love to see your engineering degree that says this is without a doubt 100% inverted. This topic is for speculation and everyone should be entitled to their opinion without being called an idiot, which shows how mature you are.
  15. Off topic but the first Vekoma I ever rode gave me the worst headache due to how rough the trains were... It was T2
  16. I may be wrong, but wasn't it you that called it "invertiblow"? All déjà vu is would be an overgrown Invertigo...
  17. ^^just did a search. Apparently he is still with us and has not been banned.. Either his account was frozen or he isn't gracing us with his presence
  18. Quoting secondson is an easy way to make new pages appear faster I:
  19. I think this coaster will surprise most of the general public. Upon reading the comments on Facebook most of them think it will be "like Gatekeeper" which we have decided in fact lt will not be.
  20. What happened to those who know do not share, and those who claim to know, do not???
  21. We all know one of those 2 sides would be inoperable half of the time... Could they really market that as a racing coaster... (There was a b&m/Intamin suggestion After this)
  22. Thank you for verifying....for a second I thought BigSexy was locked up....as in prison haha
