  1. However, don’t many of the haunt mazes have detatchable walls? I’m asking since building a maze with permanent fixtures could create problems if a particular scene/scare doesn’t reach it’s full potential.
  2. I knew that. However Terpy was used as an adverb, so the definition of that as an adverb was not clear.
  3. True, however the key takeaway after those markings were spotted is SOMETHING is happening.
  4. Talking about the length of this thread, here’s the one post Cliff Notes version.
  5. The photos are at the point where the two tracks of Racer split. The markers can be seen in WindSeeker’s line as well as on Racer. I posted these since someone wanted photos. This whole debate started after the Coaster Nation article came out detailing construction happening in the whole DA area.
  6. Yes, but I doubt this is for Winterfest. This is far outside the WF perimeter, and these are typically made for surveying. There were also backshot and foresight markers as well.
  7. So does anyone have thoughts about the future project at hand?
  8. Okay, so I got word there were survey markers by The Racer/Action Theatre I went and checked, and amazingly there are markers and sprayed survey points by the old entry to Action Theatre.
  9. The doors are open and drywall dust is spewing everywhere. Looks like construction is happening inside.
  10. Yes, but apparently the show did not live up to it’s name, as it hasn’t survived to this day.
  11. Yes. Companies use static park backgrounds to help make promotional materials more realistic.
  12. I was going through material, and found a particularly interesting find. Embedded within the documentation for the old FT Rattler documents, there is a section stating Kings Island was to receive a Dinn Wooden Coaster for the 1991 season. I find several things peculiar about this doc: 1. A deal had been signed between Dinn and KI for the manufacturing and Construction of a new coaster. 2. The project was announced, and known to the industry. Therefore the project must have been well underway by the time it was canned. 3. There are repeated references that KI was to receive a Playland Airplane clone in the old Swan Lake area (where Diamondback stands today).
  13. All of the reports I’ve heard include IPhone 8 and above.
  14. After the SOB fiasco, Paramount created new rules for their creative departments. All projects had to be created, manufactured, and installed within 18 months. That put a strain on the design and development divisions.
  15. I noticed something about two of the pictures in Coney BarBQue, they are not from this park. The one of Flight Commander is from CGA, while the Cuddle Up pic is from Coney Island.
  16. It seems to be happening a lot on Diamondback, from what I’ve heard.
  17. There’s a company in Europe that has manufactured replacement track for Efteling’s Python.
  18. Yes, however a lot people use iPhones, and I bet this happens to a large majority of individuals without them realizing.
