I don't post a lot on here. I mostly just read through them, and no offense to anyone but it's getting extremely boring trying to read through all of this for thoughts and information on Banshee and finding nothing but information on capitalization and trademarks. Can we not all just take the extra second to push down the shift key and move on from this.

Say what you will, Son of Beast was probably my favorite ride at KI. ( before the removal of the loop that is) I know few people agree.

They should light up the lift hill with black lights.

Just went to KI this past Sunday and the rattle on Diamondback is absolutely horrible. It seriously sounds like the back car is about to come off the track.

I really hope it has that classic B & M roar like Raptor. That would just fit the name of the ride that much more! I personally hope it roars like Mantis! But apparently most people find Mantis's sound annoying, so I'm probably a minority... I am cool with either one!I love how Mantis sounds throughout the park. Really hope that Banshee sounds the same.

B&M should try a launch coaster

Why are people so dead set that Cedar Fair won't build as good of rides at KI just so it doesn't compete with Cedar Point. That thought is just absurd to me. If a company is going to spend millions of dollars on a ride, their not going to say " let's dull it down just a bit so it doesn't take away from our other park that is still over 4 hours away". Sorry I just don't see that being te mindset of a company that's about to drop 24 million on Banshee or any other future ride for that matter. Just my opinion.

It's a lovely sound.

I honestly don't find it to be that much rougher than Millenium but again I am biased to the front seat. But I guess Millenium is also about 10 years older.

May be obvious but I would move Maverick to KI

Gatekeeper is by far th smoothest coaster I have ever been on and Meanstreak is by far the roughest especially in the very back. Diamondback doesn't seem all that rough to me but then again I always do the front seat on that ride.

Harsh... As far as the Banshee restraints go, I rode Gatekeeper several times in early August and they were easily the most comfortable over te shoulder restraints I have ever put over me. Not really seeing where people are having trouble but that's just me.

Why can't people just have a preference or state their opinion about one or the other ( B&M or Intamin ) and not get grilled about it.

I seriously hope this ride howls like Mantis.

That skyline would look great with a 320' giga. Just my opinion.

167 ft high and 150 ft drop.

I know some people are glad it's gone but SOB was probably my favorite ride at KI. I also would have had it built as a prefab woodie.

Do they have the tallest set of lift hill supports up yet or do they have one more set to go before they start going downhill??

I don't think Votex will be removed before KI puts in their next coaster. I'm just saying if it were removed

If they take Vortex down they should build a blitz coaster in its place.

Generally I try to get front row of front car on just about every coaster except Vortex I try to get last row of last car.

Is it just me or when Cedar Fair took over an changed/removed all the Themeing to Tomb Raider ( the crypt ) did it completely destroy the ride or was there more changed than just themeing
