Just a reminder that you can still donate! According to the site, Kings Island is 95% of the way to their goal. Please help Kings Island get to their goal. My daughter hit her minimum, but has not hit her goal of $100. Thank you to those who have helped her from this site. http://support.gktw.org/site/TR/CoastingForKids/General?px=1225213&pg=personal&fr_id=1236 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am going out on a limb and presume the profits over time would be greater on lockers than cups. Once the lockers have generated enough money that they are paid for, the rest is profit. Cups have a consistent overhead cost associated with each purchase Kings Island makes. Of course, a company may pay to rent a space and maintain lockers as well which means no overhead cost at all for Kings Island, just profit from renting otherwise unused space. I am sure there are other angles to look at it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have said it before, I was against the no bins initially. We took a back pack in every visit until this year. I now wish the entire park would be bin free. The cost is minimal for locker rental. It speeds up the entire process to load/unload rides. It is less chaos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not sure if this will work since I am on mobile, but this link is to the KIC page. http://support.gktw.org/site/TR/CoastingForKids/General?pg=team&fr_id=1236&team_id=1534 Gators page : http://support.gktw.org/site/TR/CoastingForKids/General?px=1015750&pg=personal&fr_id=1236 There are a couple that are at $0. Not sure they are doing this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Katie despises Maggie, but that line was small so we rode it three times. I did not ride TTD, Gatekeeper, Millie and many others. Sad isn't it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hoping to leave here by 1:00 on Thursday. This will be my second trip to Cedar Point. Last trip I chaperoned a group of teens. The rule was three to a group and if it were a mixed group an adult had to be present. Two married couples had 2 girls total. I had the mixed groups of 6 (maybe 7) boys and 3 girls. It's a good thing I don't mind teenagers. While they behaved pretty well, it was not a great day for riding. Hoping to get more rides in this time. I am relying on some to guide me so I can make the most of this trip. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would not want Don's job. There would be wonderful perks, but no thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you to everyone who has helped Princess Sparkles. I need to enter off line donations still, but she has hit the minimum. She is $15 away from $100 if anyone is looking to give, she'd like to hit at least $100. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

June 1 - I have zero will power. We arrived at the park about 5:15 and it was busy, but manageable. Before we got in the front gates, we ran into Melanie and Melissa. Melissa had no idea we were going to be there (it's likely she's the only one who would be shocked about us showing up.) They tell us that Brad and his son are over by Beast. So while we are in that area, we ride Beast. We only waited about 20 minutes which was not horrible. We went to BBOBH because my daughters purpose at Kings Island is to beat Zach's score. It's not happened yet. Once we exited the ride, Andrew met up with us and Brad and his son were going to go home after a ride or two. The group of us made our way to Cirque Imagine. As the clowns descended to the auditorium, one sat right behind my daughter (who knew where they would drop down so she could get a selfie with one of them - again.) Sadly, this young man was injured to some degree and they stopped the show. I hate seeing a performance stopped for any reason. It shows that they really are doing stunts that can really hurt them. Hope he has a speedy recovery. Just a few other shots from the show. I really enjoy this show. We rode Banshee, Racer, Dodgem - and then it started to lightening so all rides were shut down. We ended the night by having two back to back rides on Beast and got to see the fireworks from Banshee. For a short visit, it was eventful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hope he has a speedy recovery. It was really difficult seeing someone injured during a performance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

"Beat seats" are the wheel seats on any wooden coaster. I love front row of Diamondback, but will ride anywhere. Banshee front row middle two seats or back row right side. (Seats 12, 13 and 84.) Woody type coasters I don't object front row especially on Beast, but prefer any non wheel seat in the middle. The same goes for Adventure Express and especially Racer. Racer I rarely will ride front seat even if given the opportunity. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Please help Princess Sparkles (Katie) hit her goal! Every little donation helps! http://support.gktw.org/site/TR/CoastingForKids/General?px=1225213&pg=personal&fr_id=1236 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Banshee at the end of the night is best as well. You can get 2-4 (or more) rides in within an hour. IAmABanshee do you work at KI? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've never been to Beech Bend. I love Indiana Beach. It's tiny and quaint. I would like to visit Beech Bend too. Have to gone to Sticker's Grove? I would really like to go there when it's open this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My daughter still needs donations. Please help her out. It's not about her doing the event but helping an awesome cause. There is no donation too small. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I really wish I would have bought a season pass when they were cheap. I would love to go this year, just not sure I can swing it this season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What's the longest you've ever waited for an attraction at KI?
LoraX replied to thegajone's topic in Kings Island
My longest wait was nearly 5 hours during the summer of 2008 for Firehawk against my will. My former boss paid for a trip to go to Kings Island on a 90*+ Saturday. He insisted on riding Firehawk and insisted we all had to stay together. It was the worst trip ever to Kings Island. I waited I believe 3 1/2 hours on opening day for Banshee, but I got a T-shirt for my efforts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
