So I was at the park on Saturday and I went up the Eiffel Tower. When the elevator operator asked if there were any questions about the park, the first question was, of course, "What are they building over where the Son of Beast was?" Operator: "I don't know what they're building". But then a little girl next to me, had to be 7 or 8 years old, said, "I heard that they're putting a new roller coaster in there and they're going to take out Flight Deck". So there you go. Questions answered. Next!

Oh, it's purchased. Cash money. Going on my front lawn. Going to look nice next to my Beast lift hill chain link.

My wife and I hit the Reds grill around the time it opened (maybe the 4th people seated). It took a very long time to get our food and it seemed like every table around us (including ours) had some kind of serving/billing issue. It was almost comical how bad it was, really. We just had to laugh at the amount of apologies around us. We were polite and still gave a good tip though because we knew this was the first day. I hope they get things moving more smoothly for the future.

WindSeeker didn't look like it would be opening at all today. And yeah, it was crazy crowded.

I'll just be happy not to have to wait an hour or more for my first ride on DB this year.

Hmm, so does this mean that those of us without season passes will get ERT? That's cool.

Cool trip. When we went last time we stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside resort. One of my favorite things was to ride those boats to and from Downtown Disney. Best freebie there.

Got my shirt and ticket yesterday in the mail.

I haven't heard. I was just planning on using the car.

I went to NYC for the first time in 2011 and again in 2012. Rode the the subway everywhere. Very cool place to visit, though I wouldn't want to live there. It really is like a different world. I couldn't believe just how active every place is all of the time. Both times we got into Queens around 2 or 3 in the morning and people were out like it was the middle of the afternoon. Non stop action. So many places and things to see and do, and eat. Probably going back again this year.

Cool news. I think we might be heading there next February so should be knee deep in construction.

I really like the map on the apps, but I don't like some of the orientations that they chose for the printed out versions. They're not as pretty as the older ones, but I think they are functionally very good to give an idea how close or far something is rather than over exaggerate the size of the attractions.

So wait....they're NOT getting a new red roller coaster for this season? Laaaaaame. Seriously, love this idea. Never stepped foot in that building before and have a reason to now.

Cool ending with a splash in the wavepool (though I'm sure that it won't actually end right there, or that it will be full of water at the time). At least the parking lot section is at the start and not the end.

FYI, Steve was my favorite part of that haunt last year.
