  1. I prefer riding all the coasters at Kings Island front seat, well besides Vortex which I like to ride in the middle or the back.
  2. Now here's something that I said when I was really little my family took me to Canada's Wonderland, I mistook it for Kings Island and I asked my parents, "Where's that spooky ride?" (Referring to the Phantom Theater). To this day I do not know why I said that.
  3. I wonder if Kings Island has any future plans for the old Paramount Story area, the only use I see for it is for Haunt.
  4. Yeah, that's the video. This could of ended badly, but I wonder where the workers at when this was happening?
  5. People need to listen to the rules, this reminds me of incident of which someone who I believe was at Universal Studios and he went into the water to retrieve his hat, which to me was a stupid risk, there's a video of it somewhere on YouTube.
  6. 11 years later: I don't we will be seeing SpongeBob any time soon at Kings Island (or any other Cedar Fair park for that matter.) Thread bumping
  7. Without a doubt I would pick Space Mountain to bring to Kings Island!
  8. I just found this, its kind of hard to read, but it's pretty interesting. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/dc/3f/dc/dc3fdc793e646416e2955daaeebf9563.jpg
  9. I once heard a guest in kiddie land say, "I remember when Looney Tunes used to be here!".
  10. I'm happy to see King Kong return to Universal Studios, I really want to see this in the future. Future? Speaking of which, I hope to see a return of a Back To The Future themed attraction at Universal Studios.
  11. I remember listening to various Scooby Doo theme songs walking by the Scooby Doo ride (before Boo Blasters.) I still love hearing The Beach Boys by The Racer and on the train.
  12. If you have to tell a story with long paragraphs of information you may not have a good story on your ride.... To be honest, the lack of demarcation on that ride makes it difficult to follow any form of story. Your shooting at pictures, then you are in a library and a boiler room and then there are skeletons and then it's over.... Compare to say Smurfs that told the story of Smurfs being chased, or Phantom where the Phantom told you he was bringing you into his haunted theater.... Or the Scooby Gang trying to solve the money bags mystery............
  13. I see people play the big claw machine with the empty water cooler to win expensive prizes, and they say "This looks easy!", and about $50 later..... they walk out with nothing!
  14. Without a doubt, I would of loved to see the Spain Park, but it seemed a little too much, and there seemed that there was so much work to be done with it, and I'm sure it would be very expensive. But the way I looked at it, it seems like it would of been a very unique type of park.
  15. Here is what Coaster Studios is predicting what will happen to Kings Island in 2017.
  16. Actually there is kind of a story to Boo Blasters, if you notice the three long paragraphs on the wall in the hallway, when you are about to walk into the ride area. I have no clue what they say because there's never really time to read them because it's dark and you don't have much time to even attempt to read them.
  17. I cant wait to ride Tropical Plunge this summer, considering it's a new attraction, that the line is going to be pretty long, but I'm I've been wanting to ride this ever since I had heard about it, so whatever the line may look like, I'm standing in it!
  18. The guns also used to make sound too, (I believe the sound was around briefly in 2010, then removed the following year.) The sound was really annoying and the couldn't hear much of the ride because the guns were too loud. Also has anybody noticed the same Peace Sign and Flowers on the gun from when the ride was Scooby Doo?
  19. Ignore the screaming in the woods......
  20. Someone asking an employee where "Frontierland" was at Kings Island.
  21. I hope it's a wooden coaster, but then again I don't. The reason being if a wooden coaster was to be put that close to The Beast, it would seem that it would draw peoples attention away from The Beast. Here's the clue "Watch For Falling Tree's", it seems like there's going to be an attraction that fit's into Rivertown's theme key word being "trees", so I think it's not going to be an indoor attraction, it's more likely to be an outdoor attraction. Something that's going to be tall, possibly a coaster or something similar to Delirium. This is just my prediction so far.
  22. I agree, but as for the Phantom Theater, yes I miss it dearly, but I loved the theming when it was changed to Scooby Doo, not for the game but I just liked seeing my favorite Scooby characters, I definitely cannot say the same for Boo Blasters. As for Action Theater it was over for me when they removed the moving seats, the Dinosaur movie (when it was there) was alright but the moving seats would of made it better. SpongeBob 3D was my favorite attraction ever played there.
  23. I thought I would be creative and make this topic and say how hard it is to hear someone talking to you while you are in one of The Beast's Tunnel's. Have you ever tried to talk to someone while in one of The Beast's Tunnels? Can you hear yourself scream? I bet you could scream a secret in the tunnel and no-one would hear you,(well except of course The Beast!). Any crazy Beast Tunnel storys? This should be pretty interesting! https://i.ytimg.com/vi/j32qd_VvoWo/maxresdefault.jpg
  24. I hope nobody forgot these..... https://jasonvorhees.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/7-10-2010-32152-pm.jpg Honestly the glasses are a bad affect because they mess up your target aim (that is if your gun works), and I believe the only thing "supposedly" is in 3D, is the background.
