I saw a family is the Diamondback fenced in water area. 2 adults and 3-4 young ones. Adds to the coaster excitement, I guess

My two cents are if it counts as two credits. Both sides are not the same ride they're just mirror images of each other. More often than not the tricky part is getting to ride the blue side

Really good. As of 11 we have done MT once and Diamondback twice. MT was waiting 4 cars for our 1st front row ride

I like that idea as well. I found myself defending this to a lot of other folks in the park for this reason. I do have my doubts that they will run this at Winterfest, but I could be wrong

I was wondering that myself. I did not notice either, but it looks like it could be added easily

I also noticed Firehawk still has no camera this year. The end of ride photo booth has the best setup of all of them as far as pathing, crowd access, etc. Kind of a shame

While I have yet to make it to row 1, I have hit row 2, 5,6,7 and 12. So far no bad rows or seats. The back did seem a little crazier though. As for the shed, I did note that row 12 sits right outside of the whole thing (with row 11 right in the doorway). If you have not seen what it in there, I would avoid these two rows on your maiden voyage. One funny thing that happened when I was in one of the middle rows. We were fully in the shed and it seemed to keep playing the song over and over. After 10 minutes, everyone was wondering what was going on. The other train behind us was sitting outside of the shed. Suddenly, the "show" commences and does its thing (trying to stay spoiler free here). After it is done, we are still not moving. 5-10 minutes later, whatever was going on was fixed and we started back to the station. At this time, the next "show" cues and rolls. I was not mad, but rather a little amused. It does beat sitting in the rain / sun, regardless.

I gave up trying even see mine there (at Vortex). The first time it was not on the mix and the second time the sun was right on the screen so I could not make any of the pictures out. I was going to find someone to tell this to, but no such luck finding anyone. The folks running the ride seemed pretty busy. I will have to catch a supervisor the next time I am at that end of the park.

Something else I noticed, all of the pictures from last year are still on the Funpix site as well

I did find something cool about Funpix today. I went up to one of the camera guys and said I would like our picture. He said sure and asked if I had the card. I said I did and he scanned it somehow and said it would come to be in about 30 minutes, but gave me a card in case. I thanked him and then went on. About an hour later, I checked the website and sure enough, there were the pictures. I never had to go back to the desk. I guess they can do this all of the time, but want you to go the booth to upsell photos, keychains, etc. I thought that was pretty slick

i just tried it on my computer. Unless that is you in the tree costume, then No, it appears not to have worked. I was going to try it, but every time I got off the ride, there was quite a line for it.

Lightning storms shut down most everything. Rain + Diamondback = Not much fun. If its does not stay, it does tend to clear the park though.

I will say this about it. We went with the disposable cups. Its still some confusion at the park. Most times we got the smaller one handed to us, some times the larger one was handed out. A couple of times, they gave us two of the smaller cups as they tried to figure out the system In any case, I would say that I have already broken even (we went Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Fast Lane Plus went to attendant by the front and they would direct you to cross the line and enter the left que.

I guess this happened between 2 and 6. Back que at MT

I did and fit. I was feeling pretty good about my weight loss

Just rode Diamondback at 9:45. MT was still full ques. Will be interesting to see if they let them finish

I have gotten Coke zero twice tonight

I am thinking tomorrow will be crazy crowded
