Intersection improvements will be made to the intersection of Kings Island Drive and Western Row Road. Some lane closures will occur. However, the good news is, that work is scheduled to be completed by mid-March.

That's good news. I think I've seen about 3 accident scenes at that intersection in the last year (it's huge, and kind of confusing).

Yes it can be confusing if people are from out of town coming to the park.

I haven't seen any wrecks there but last summer me and my sister were driving and at the stop light, some guy in a convertiable spit on our car and drove off real fast. No big deal though.

LOL he spit on your car. That must have hurt it really bad.

There is alot of accidents at that intersetion.

He didn't have much hair left and he looked around 45. Oh yeah, he also had a 25 year old girl in the car.

It is about time that Mason decided to improve that interchange. While they are at it, put in a left turn signal when turning left off of Western Row into the back entrance of Kings Island.

I agree-that is hazardous too. It has definitely outgrown the design.

Sounds like a much needed improvement, but what it really needed is a light at the North entrance, so people coming from 71-S can make that turn without having to cross two busy lanes of traffic.
