Cincinnati Zoo, Something for the offseason.

Great Pictures Dane! I am going to the Columbus Zoo this week or next, this just makes me wish I was there today!

Dane you have always taken great pictures but I think this is the best I have seen this far, Impressive!

We will have to visit the Cincinnati Zoo before our membershio expires in June. We won't renew it this year because I am a temp and uncertain when I'll be a permanent employee again.

Besides, Little Chef way prefers Kings Island as do I. And with season passes to KI and the Musuem Center, do we really need a third membership?

I was impressed at the water dropping from the polar bear's mouth in the second picture. Don't know if anyone else caught that.

Does the pictures of those "kitty cats" make you just want to go up and hug and pet them?

Those "kitty cats" don't necessarily purr and meow.

3 guys in San Francisco tried to hug and pet a "kitty cat" like one of those in the pics. The result was not exactly what they expected.

Actually they can "purr". It's not noticeable cause it's a pretty deep rapsy like sound. But I have heard them myself thanks to a tiger in a exotic animal rescue in Florida my cousin volunteers at. Cheetah's can also chirp, which I always found cute/funny. I have pet bobcats and I have heard them purr before as well.

Great pics Dane! My fave has to be the polar bear :)

Is that what we're calling tormenting and abusing the animals?
