PkiJake13 Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 I say PkiCentral.com, because this site has more updates and the people seem nicer. Also if you have a question this site doesn't close it, if it has been ansered before. -Jake 1 Quote
Delirium13 Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 I agree^, I like PKICentral's forums way better than PKIUnlimited's. 1 Quote
KIBeast Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 I don't really know. I chose PKICentral because I like the new look and I do kind of like PKIUnlimited because threads can sometimes go way off track, but sometimes it's funny too. Quote
Captain Picard Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 I say PkiCentral.com, because I think you have a good thing going here and I wouldn't want to see you F*** it up. 1 Quote
Dane Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 PKIUnlimited because threads can sometimes go way off track, but sometimes it's funny too. Well, with my expertise, it is possible to actually merge the boards, thread for thread, user for user. 1 Quote
familyman Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 I say redirect PKIU directly to PKIC and call it a day. 1 Quote
Pirate of PKI Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 NO! I like the PKIU forums better but I still like PKIU and PKIC seperate, and I like them both in their own ways. Please keep them seperate! Quote
italianchef Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 It's a no brainer. Since PKIC is the purchasing organization, its name should prevail. Have a great off season! Italian Chef :chef: Quote
King Bowser Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 PKIC is Top Dog in my book, the people on this site are nice and the forums are way better than PKIU's. Quote
Pirate of PKI Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 I like PKIU's forum better, plus it has hundreds of more members. Quote
Browntggrr Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 I completly agree with Chef, since PKIC has purchased PKIU, PKIC has no reason to change. Stick with PKIC, the staff is more professional. 1 Quote
Delirium13 Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 I think PKIC should come out on top because if you add the total votes between PKIC and PKIU it come out: PKIC-22 PKIU-15 So I say go with PKI Central they have better forums and more votes between the 2 sites. Quote
CoastersRZ Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 While I think the name of PKIC should prevail, I also think some of the content from PKIU should be transfered to PKIC like maybe the forums, but keep the rest of the content from here. Although, I must say the new update to these forums is prettty nice an makes me think about just keeping the PKIC forums, even though I have been a diehard PKIU fan. 1 Quote
familyman Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 PKIC is so much cleaner and user friendly. Like I said in a previous post, redirect the other site to here. 1 Quote
King Bowser Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 I agree PKIC is a lot nicer and we have the coolest staff and members! Quote
Delirium13 Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I agree PKIC is a lot nicer and we have the coolest staff and members! Couldn't have put it better myself. PKIC is so much cleaner and user friendly. That is also very true. PKIC all the way! 1 Quote
SOB_TOM Posted November 21, 2004 Posted November 21, 2004 Um, besides like 2 or 3 people, arent the mod staffs the same for both sites? The problem stands with the fact that PKIC is mostly enthusiast driven, while PKIU is mostly employee driven. Im not saying its like mixing oil and water, but the way employees act while away from the park is a lot different than the way enthusiasts act while away from the park. E.G. At the park, employees have to have a one track mind, soo on the boards, we like to stray. Quote
BoddaH1994 Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 ^ Which is why the needs of the employees will be accommodated if they merge. Quote
