Hello everyone. Does anyone know why only one side of the antique cars are working? Are they planning on dismantling the other side? I beleive they have not ran all season.

yes, they took the track out of the other side and I do believe they plan on taking that whole half down.

Actually I believe the track is still there, but they took out the cars and all signs it was there, it's been gone for about a year now, alot of people went to Coney's cars and why ruin the ozone layer for a couple extra people riding, plus it was a cost issue, why pay for 4-5 extra workers when you can cut them and the gas.

I think they'll leave the old track there unless they can find a way to put a ride in there.

They should re open it if possable but put some other type of cars there for little kids or something or just tear it down and put in a flat

I'm fairly sure they'll tear it out sometime soon, or when they need to, that's probably a good 3-4 acres right there, they could use it for a nice SERVICE restraunt, or part of a coaster, or some old style flats, it would push some more people back to Rivertown.

yea it seems that river town is't that popular anymore everyone is either in Action Zone or coney mall.

With Tomb Raider, there are alot more in the afternoon, it's more calm in the morning I would know I work at Potato Works, but most people start at the front and come back.

I don't know what you all think...but a BIG intamin roller coaster swooping down over the pathways would look really sweet coming from international street down by the clock there...mmmmmm.... intamin...

I think a second or third hill that went up like 2/3 of the Eiffel Tower back behind it and down so it like looked symmetrical from walking in the park, that would be sweet.

I'm not so sure they can remove that track and use it for something. I think the two tracks kinda intertwine. If anything, they should combine the two tracks into one, and be done with it. Add double the cars, and it would be just fine.

Double the cars= double the workers. So it wouldn't work out for the reason's that they don't have the other side open.

A Steel Coaster back in the woods to the right of Beast behind TRTR sort of where they have that clearing. That would be in fact, AWESOME! A giant Tera rising outta the trees, swooping down near Rivertown. Yep.

Well tear out the track that isn't needed in Rivertown area, and I would also like the new steel to go in the woods behind PFXT(FX Theatre) that would be cool, seeing it tower over the park as you go through The Beast's twisted track.

A 400 foot coaster at pki no it would be to high to build to expensive and lot enough flat land. and it would't be safe thin thats like at least 120 mph goong down the hill. it would be cool the.

I doubt it would be 400, it'd be somewhere areound 200 or 300, but it'll make up in the layout I'm sure.

They could take out the old track and station, but there still would be no room for anything.

You fail to realise that could be the station it could twist all over Rivertown, quite easily too. With Intamin, you can have far apart supports, it would just require engineering, and good thinking.

I have to admit that my kids, ages 7 and 9 still love to drive the Antique Cars and it's kind of a family tradition to ride them when we go. But I noticed last year that the other side was not being used. I have often thought it would be a good site for a new ride. And actually, why not relocate the Antique Cars somewhere else? They'd still draw a crowd.....they always have. That's a huge plot of land there behind the Eiffel Tower that could be developed along with the pond and tied into Rivertown with a connection to the Coney Mall. For all we know, PKI is way ahead of all of us.

They should relocate the cars behind TR:TR and they would fit into the theming of RT. Then they could put a new coaster in the old tiques plot of land.

I love that land. It gives you the feeling that The Beast lives in there.

they are never gona take down any of the trees around The Beast... watch the movie and youll learn about keeping the land like it is... the antique cars are being removed for good... and joey.... its not behind fof... its gona be in the center of the park... and you know what im talking about...
