DropZone99
I think blue track and silver supports, or silver track and blue supports would look good.
Oldschool75
I really don't care what color, just paint it!
Beast Man
Silver, with some rust spackles. And how about keeping the spider webs.
bkroz
I voted red like it used to be, because I think it was really striking, but we currently have two red coasters... Granted, neither is like, "red" red, bright red like Top Gun was... So maybe I still think red, so long as it's like it used to be. But if not, a baby blue would be okay. I want it to be bright and striking, but different from Vortex. Silver supports and baby blue track would look nice. And put an end to the current red-obsession going on. TylerRider
I said go back to the basics.
flightoffear1996
Silver Supports and Blue Track.
LordSkippy
I would paint the track orange, the supports black, and the trains black. Then again, I'd also re-theme...scratch that, theme it and call it "The Bat." But that's driven more by nostalgia than general appeal. Delirium13
I think gold with white supports would look sharp... but knowing Cedar Fair's preferences in paint, I wouldn't be surprised to see the red paint job return.
SOB_TOM
Well, considering that the name is "Flight Deck," and most objects on a flight deck are, in fact, silver (with black lettering,) I would keep it gray.
Beast1979
I like this paint job idea:
Aaron88stang
I would paint the track orange, the supports black, and the trains black. Then again, I'd also re-theme...scratch that, theme it and call it "The Bat." But that's driven more by nostalgia than general appeal. I personally like this idea. I wonder what the chance would be...
Beast79
I would like to see it back to its original color.
CedarPointer
What's wrong with its current paintjob?
The Interpreter
You mean other than the fact the paint is peeling, there is rust and the ride as a whole is less than colorful?
CoastersRZ
Replacement rail under the station. Same thing has been done to Vortex and Adventure Express in past years. You would not even have seen that, had I not pointed it out to you. I agree that the colors that Carowinds repainted Nighthawk would look quite good on KI`s Flight Deck. Something needs to be done to spruce up the peeling paint and the drab color choice.
Coney Islander
You mean other than the fact the paint is peeling, there is rust and the ride as a whole is less than colorful? Less than colorful? I would say less than colorless.
coaster_junky
i think it would look pretty sweet with a really deep, dark purple for the tracks and black supports.
CincyMan98
I actually like white and gray; just a repaint; maybe a little silver. I like shiny and clean
coaster_junky
to me white seems to get dirty very quickly, look at top thrill dragster for example, and to me gray makes it look like all they did was put primer on the track and didn't even bother to finish the job. The Interpreter
Last time I checked, Top Thrill Dragster had reddish maroon track and yellow supports. Where's the white that looks dirty? Seagull poop? Oh, you mean that's supposed to be there? (I'm well aware of the striped sections...I just don't care for them!) http://www.rcdb.com/1896.htm?p=14963
coaster_junky
terpy, i'm going to agree with you, but i guess you have to give Cedar Fair credit for not going solid red.
