I usually go ahead and have mine taken, i can get wanting to avoid them though. Last season whenever i didn't go alone i always made my friends with me get their picture with me regardless of how unenthusiastic they were, i mean hey it takes a couple of seconds and a lot of rides are gonna take your picture throughout the day, best to make fun of the situation  :P

Split up when you walk in. I tested it a few times last year with my wife; out of about a dozen occasions with the two of us together we get stopped every time, unless we run past a group getting their picture taken already. If she walks off to the bathroom (she is pregnant) and I walk past the photographers while I wait for her, I only got stopped once by myself out of about a half dozen times.

Whatever their reason for avoiding us flying solo, I'm thankful for it :)

It's always funny to me when I am apparently walking close enough to another (unknown) individual that the paparazzo thinks we're together and tries to get us to scrunch together for a shot.

I miss those little things you looked through with one eye (kinda like a mono-viewfinder). Those were my favorite photography product that they sold.

I miss them too. I am the smallest one in this picture.

I forgot to mention before, that picture i posted came from one of the little key chain viewers. I used my phone camera and lined it up with the viewer. I had to do some minor editing but I got a good picture out of it.

I've never been stopped for a picture when I'm flying solo! But when me and my bf come together we figured out if we splinter off for a bit we won't be asked for a picture, it works out anyway so he can go to the smoking area and I can go to the bathroom or look in the stores in the meantime :P

A while back they would ask him to give me a kiss on the cheek for a photo. It made me wonder if this has ever created awkwardness for a pair visiting the park as friends, especially if one or both of them have feelings for the other that neither have mentioned yet, haha :}
