Oldiesmann
What is your favorite part of White Water Canyon at KI? If the option you want isn't on the list, let me know. These are the only ones I could think of right now... It's hard for me to choose, but I think my favorite part would be taunting the canon controllers. It usually ensures that you get soaked, and it's especially fun when the others in your boat are trying to avoid getting soaked...
KIfan73
I like the ride through the "white water". I really think that WWC is a blast. Kind of a hidden gem, really. Not sure if anything like it will ever come to fruition again.
Thrill_Biscuit
I love becoming part of the "Squirtillary Battallion", soaking WWC smarties who show up in the canyon somehow dry! Never gets old, especially on the hottest days.
DropZone99
I haven't even ridden WWC Since 2007... The only water ride at KI I ride is Kings Mills Log Flume. But on WWC's exit, you get amazing views of Diamondback!
TheCryptRaider
The ride, of course!!!
Coaster Kid
I like it when you can be squirted at by exiting riders one time all of the cannons went off becasue i had a freind on all the cannons we got soaked from every where.
mtl2013
I dont know... I think my favorite part is taunting the ride ops cuz then you know your going to get soaked. I love WWC!
Beast79
I always liked working tower 3 because you could get very accurate firing off the geysers!
HTCO
Not a big fan of water rides but If I had to choose one it would be WWC. I love how it just flows in the woods.. but I hate getting wet with a shirt and shoes on. Yuck. But I voted the long walk.
Justin_M17
I've never ridden WWC so I guess I can't comment

Justin_M17
Well, I can't comment on the ride experience, unless you count me being a temporary pack mule while my friends ride
Beast79
Wait one second... You have never been on WWC We need to change that!! Ride Warrior Intervention
Justin_M17
Wait one second... You have never been on WWC We need to change that!! Ride Warrior Intervention I don't ride water rides in the dry park. Unless it's hot enough for your clothes to dry quickly, the water causes a nasty little skin irritation most of us should know all too well. The Interpreter
This? ...While there's a major yuck factor in feeling a warm current in a cool pool, the real health danger comes elsewhere, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The CDC is working with the Water Quality and Health Council, which sponsored the survey, to encourage good pool hygiene. ...In recent years, outbreaks of cryptosporidiosis, a nasty diarrheal illness, have centered on swimming pools and recreational water parks nationwide.... TopThrill
Don't know about you all, but I have waited in both lines. The near walk-ons, and when the line is up to the bridge.
coaster_junky
i voted for the walk back to the platform, mainly because it reminds me of when i walk back to the creek on the back of my family's farm, exept for the fact that the walk at Kings Island is on a walkway and not on a trail made by cattle. Beast79
Terpy, I have a CPO "Certified Pool Operator" and I know all about crypto and the previsions that are made to reduce risk while swimming in pools. Water rides and even the splash pool for Diamondback's water is always monitored. There is something known as an AFR; Accidental Fecal Release, when I first got into the waterpark business I couldn't believe this happens all the time. When a guest "poops" in any body of water that body of water must be closed, fecal matter "poop" cleaned out and chlorine must be raised to at least 2.0ppm for 30 mins. Now if it is a diarrhea that body of water must be cleared of all matter and shocked up to 20ppm for 10 hours, now in both cases the pH must be maintained between 7.4 and 7.6 due to chlorine is more affective at those numbers. HTCO
Here's a friendly little tip when ever you go to a pool.. In your mind, think. You are basically taking a huge bath with people you don't, or might, know. So treat others as you would want to be treated (yippie, I learned somthing in kindergarden!). coaster_junky
yea, and as long as you got wet it would be so much easier to get by with it on white water canyon. i don't think i will look at water rides the same ever again *insert green faced emoticon here*
