4 Coasters in Planet Snoopy?

Featured Replies

Oh, no! Are they back to calling Avatar a coaster again? Check out the website - 4 coasters in Planet Snoopy.

Good thing THEY'RE not getting Demon Drop!

I'll second that Terpy!

I actually didn't even ride it last year. I only went to CP twice and just didn't get on it. I'll sure miss seeing it as I come across the causeway.

Where have I been? CP got rid of Demon Drop?! Holy cow! I only ever rode that ride once in my life.

Why so? Demon Drop looked like so much fun. I regret not riding it.

I think he means that KI would consider Demon Drop a coaster.

So what? If they considered it a Guernsey cow, I wouldn't care...it'd still be a great ride at Kings Island!

hmmm... all of the names are up there if you surf through the pages. only some and/or no pictures with no descriptions- but do have names.

no opinion.

the header has the "visitkingsisland" url and name in the heading.

It's what a lot of the attractions at the other parks are being named... they won't have different branding.

^although that would be pretty sweet if Kings Island was a "choose your own adventure" type deal, where whatever ride you wanted there magically appeared.

The same server serves all the former Paramount Parks. You can also find Dominator at Kings Island in the same way, and Volcano: The Blast Coaster. Will they be at the Fun and Only, too?

However, that breaks the pictures. The PS pictures still work on PKI.com.

Do they really have to have the same names though as other Planet Snoopys? They could name Woodstock Express something totally different. Something that actually fits it!

Yes I know you can go to a different page by changing the number.I was just pointing out the one name.I heard it from a little yellow birdie named Woodstock. He heard it from the Dippin' Dots guy.

On the news about a week ago or so... they announced the 4th coaster in Planet Snoopy. They said it was the water log ride! "Run For Your Life Charlie Brown"

^ A log flume is not a roller coaster... And the log flume "Run For Your Life Charlie Brown" has been at the park since what 1972? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I know it's not a coaster, but that's what the media called it. I guess when they realized the 4th coaster comment was a typo, that's what they went with.

I'm guessing the real 4th coaster was Scooby's Ghoster Coaster that was removed in 2005

see all coasters Kings Island ever had here

^ WoodStock, Flying Ace, Snoopy Surf, and Pumpkin Coaster. 1...2...3...4 (Not the real names but to lazy to go and look the names up.)
