That's because the revived The Outer Limits series aired on Showtime, which was owned by Viacom, from 1995 to 2001. And then, it wasn't....and the rides got renames...sorta. For 2001, no less... Haha, it should say "Present this for one head-bangin ride on Flight of Fear." Amen to that. Removing the OTSR's on those rides (and the Messrs Freeze and even more so on Batman and Robin: The Chiller) were perhaps the best improvements ever made to an existing ride...except turning Steel Phantom into Phantom's Revenge...for the very same reason... I remember putting my hand on the controller, closing my eyes and waiting until I barrel turned over to the other side...I didn't realize at the time that this was far more scary than just getting on a roller coaster where centrifugal force holds you in your seat - FC did not!!!
