^NATIVE AMERICANS! Sorry, I hate it when people call Native Americans "Indians". They are not from India!

My bad! I'm quite a bit Native American and the term "Indian" didn't really bother me too much. It's hard when you're raised calling them Indians then all of a sudden they switch it to Native Americans to be PC. Still trying to break the habit!

[Kennywood Exterminator video]

This is exactly what I was thinking of when I meant wild mouse. It seems like fun!

I've been on Exterminator at Kennywood, and it's really good. I wasn't that wowed by the other spinning wild mouse I've been on (Fairly Odd Coaster at Nickelodeon Universe), but I really enjoyed that one. I don't know if there's enough room in the building for a wild mouse, but if it's possible, that would be an excellent use for that space, in my opinion (even if it's only dark and theme-less in there!)

So are African Americans all from Africa?

I was Born in the USA. Am I not a Native American? My ancestors called themselves Indian. Does your answer change?

Oh, if only Harry Golden (one of my personal heroes, along with H. L. Mencken, William O. Douglas, and Norton Mockridge) were still alive! What would he think of us now?

Thanks Terpy - the political correctness change that this country went through is somewhat amazing.

I joke not that I had a conversation recently where I was talking to someone about racism in sports (there have been a couple of incidents associated with the Euro soccer tournament we were watching) and the person I spoke with said "the African-Americans on the Dutch National team" without even flinching. I can imagine which part of that was the most offensive :)

Coming from a member that uses a name for a ride that no longer exists is rather funny. :)

Well, technically the ride still exists. It utilizes the same name, different model, under a similar theme, at a different park!
