Diamondbacker
Some of you were speaking of a Jimmy John's earlier? Make that path, and bingo! You can put a Jimmy John's there.
Diamondback96
Hmm...Quick Photoshop I did using various ideas from this thread. This is not an official document. I know, it's hard to believe. The brown coaster would be a GG woodie, the blue coaster a big blue B&M. The path to X-Base might be awkward, in location and in terrain.
Creed Bratton
I, for one, hope the next big attraction is a surprise. Some of the announcement's thunder is stolen when the full specs and even the name are leaked weeks early, as happened with Gatekeeper. I do hope for some teasers and hints, of course! Everyone's attempts to interpret them is part of the fun. I am the same way...I hate when things area leaked before the announcements. But we'll see. Hmm... Diamondback96
You got rid of Drop Tower!I would never do such a thing! Unless it needs to go of course... but it doesn't, its reliability is decent enough.
Maglados
I really wish King's Island would look at some of the older rides and see what they could do to improve them as well. Look at Congo Falls for example it was made back in 1988. That ride is rather old and in my opinion it's kinda bland and basic. I mean if they redid it as a large river adventure type ride like you see at Universal Studio's Orlando with Jurassic park:The Ride it would be "refreshed" and actually worth riding. Changing the theme of it back to an Amazon style ride. Traveling through the Amazon river being hunted by Cannibalistic tribes men and wilds animals sound pretty bad ass. Shoot, if only they would and get Vekoma to create a ride like that, or any business in that fact. Who know's what the future holds but I do recall them talking about focusing on family types rides. Well that would be a good place to start. Sorry, I am wishing for a bit to much.
XGatorHead 8904
Changing the theme of it back to an Amazon style ride. Huh? The original Amazon Falls didn't have any themeing. The way it is today is pretty much the way it was in 1988. The only thing that changed between Amazon Falls and Congo Falls was the name (and the sign). Believe me, I rode it on it's opening day, and have fond memories of that day when my friends and I picked up our friend Doug and forced him to stand on the bridge as a boat passed underneath. Doug didn't speak to me again until 4 months later, as I was the main instiGator.

Not going to lie there really isn't much to it. I have similar memories of tricking people on to getting on the Flight of Fear. lolol " Oh it's just a simulation ride."
westcoaster
Move amazon to the waterpark! Would be great:

BeastForever
Although you can never have enough B&Ms, I'd like to see an Intamin Giga Coaster or Maverick type-ride for variety.
Shawn Meyer
Diamondback96, I like your rendering of having Big Dipper in there. Looks great! Hopefully the owner of Big Dipper likes that idea as well.
DontWantToWait42mar0
Move amazon to the waterpark! Would be great: I like where Congo Falls is at, and the use I get out of it now; A walk on water ride where I'm going to get relief from the summer heat by getting soaked! (if not completely on the ride, then on the bridge shortly there-after)
jdawg1998
Sorry, this is what I first thought of when I read moving Congo Falls to the waterpark.
westcoaster
Kings Island should move the water ride to Soak City:
The Interpreter
In that case, should they also move the flume? Terp, who likes to ask questions
SonofBaconator
It would be interesting to see Congo falls moved to SC. But on the other hand, I do agree with terp ...... In that case, should they also move the flume?
KIfan73
I'd like to see a modern flume come to the park, but (from what I've heard) I wouldn't want it to shoot the rapids.
jdawg1998
A Pilgrim's Plunge Giraffica type ride would be awesome, as long as it has a better splash than Holiday World's.
TheCrypt
I wouldn't mind something like DiVertical at Mirabilandia.

PhantomTheater
If we get a flume, I want a Hydroflume. Unfortunately, they are not being built anymore.
westcoaster
i see the point you move the falls, then the flume, white water canyon would be there next.
SonofBaconator
white water canyon would be there next. A wise KIC member once said, "You'd have to start by digging a big hole"
thunderbeast1968
I think moving Big Dipper from Geauga Lake would be an addition that I would love to see at Kings Island.
SonofBaconator
I was just thinking the other day, since Action Zone is getting expanded, would it be more of a reality if we got a new coaster in 2015?
Shawn Meyer
I'm still optimistic for a new roller coaster in 2014, but that could be the case if Kings Island is planning on something big.
DontWantToWait42mar0
I'm looking forward to potentially watching a coaster being constructed this summer
jdawg1998
Action Zone won't be expanded without a new attraction for 2014. That would be pretty pointless. I'm 95% positive we will be getting some attraction next year; 50/50 on whether or not it will be a coaster.
