Web Cam Link?

Could one of you guys get me a direct link to the construction cam? I'm not sure how this works but I know from the "Decoding" thread some of you guys know a bunch about it. It would be great to be able to save as a favorite and not have to go through all the trouble involved with seeing it on my phone.. Thanks

Its not a steaming live cam. Its only a cam that takes stills every minute then copies that still to the web page.

If a camera is steaming, that's generally a bad thing.
