The 2013 season at Kings Island is tragically over...now, it is time to look back at what this season had for us, and look ahead to a big reddish B&M Invert next year. How good was, in your opinion, the 2013 Kings Island season? Great? Average? Bad? Etc Etc...also, what event that occured this year did you see as the most noteworthy?Enjoy the poll. There were a lot of great parts of the season, including Opening Day, getting hired as a Sweep, the speculation about what is now Banshee, the actual reveal of Banshee, that KIC day in September with the Banshee/Haunt tours, working Haunt, going to Haunt as a guest last Friday (October 18th) and today (Closing Day 2013). DJSkyFoxx Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I had a great season as I hope everyone else did. I am glad I got to go as much as I did and I'd have to say I enjoyed all the new memories made. Yesterday and Pride Night were probably my two best riding days hands down and I came home completely satisfied. This will be a long 6 months waiting for opening day and for Banshee, but it will be exciting to see the progression made too and what other little goodies may be in store for us...even if they are minor aesthetic things. 1 Quote
funpark Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I think it was a great year. The announcement of Banshee,and three of the Brady Bunch returning to KI again this year. I grew up with that show so it was a lot of fun getting to meet them. I didn't get to go when they were there in 2008. Quote

This year included my first haunted house (and then four more the same night), the first coaster I speculated about, and my first roller coaster announcement. I had more visits than ever before. Coincidentally, it's also the first year since 2008 where I had not recorded a lap on Invertigo. And for that, I'm proud. Seriously... 6 Quote
