A possible location for a flat ride?

As I walked around Kings Island this weekend, I noticed that the attraction formally known as The Paramount Story, was still there, except for now its basically just a place where you can walk around or sit and have lunch. The only thing I have seen any use for it, is at Fear Fest used as a Halloween attraction. I would think this would be a good location for a flat ride to be at, maybe.

I think the area by the Festhaus going into Action Zone would be a good place for 1 or 2 flat rides, cough cough Flying Eagles cough cough & maybe even bring back the Witches Cauldrons.

I feel like if there were to be an attraction there, it would be too cluttered.

I was thinking more of the area that lies around Diamondback, Backlot Stunt Coaster, Grand Carousel, and Dodgems.

You also have the old pad and queue area from Flight Commander completely intact, minus the rails in the queue.

I think Flight Commander's old pad would be a perfect spot to put in a new Flying Eagles.

They should use the queue for a haunt attraction. Put it to use some way.

Given recent HUSS problems and Cedar Fair's relations with that company, I doubt you see a new HUSS ride at Cedar Fair (or Herschend) any time soon....

It's interesting to me that the FC pad has not been used in about 20 years. I'm sure the tragic accident that occurred there has something to do with that. Do you guys believe that a Zamperla Air Race would be inappropriate in this location since it is vaguely reminiscent of Flight Commander? The park does have a relationship with Zamperla. An Air Race seems like a nice in-between flat ride. The giant flats seem to be more trouble than they're worth in many cases.

^It's been used, just not for a ride. Until recently, it was the Dinosaur Party Pavilion. The queue was used for Kill Mart, and probably will be until Kill Mart leaves, or a ride goes on that pad.
