I thought this would be a fun little topic. Now obviously Banshee IS NOT being renamed, but I thought it would be a fun to share our thoughts on what you think Banshee should be renamed if something were to happen like the 1996 Banshee/Mantis situation at Cedar Point. I love the name Eve!

Since the person who caused that no longer has any influence at Cedar Fair...(and no, it wasn't Dick Kinzel, nor was it public reaction)...

If I were to rename/re-theme Banshee, I'd name it High Voltage. High Voltage is an old Linkin Park song that came out around the turn of the millennium and I think a new-millennium theme (think Millennium Force's theming mixed with the rap-rock stylings of the time) would be a great throwback theme as Action Zone originally opened in 1999. As for the track colors, Gray track with Neon Green supports would look awesome.

If I was gonna rename it, I'd go with Mantis.

I'd rename it 'Bahn-shie.' Think Banshee and Bat are aptly named, the rest of that area should follow.

I would name it Pterodactyl. Or Pteranodon. It would have green track, and silver supports/rails. The cars would be brown and black with red restraints. Its just a fun name. (Even though Action Zone is most definitely not jurassic themed)
