Something is broken with regards to external images. If I try to post an image from an external site, I just get a broken image instead. If I actually attach the file to the post, it works fine.

I think I have an issue in this category- some of the photos I've posted in the random photo thread don't show (at least on my end), I think they got that way after a few weeks/a month or so.  

I've noticed that an intermittent issue where a number of avatars won't load. But it's not a wholesale issue when it happens. Some users will have their avatars while others will have question marks where their avatars normally appear.
