IndyGuy4KI
Saw this on FB. I hope there was no injuries https://www.facebook.com/groups/1018569111685546/permalink/1090838164458640/ Found an article: AUSTELL, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A train at Six Flags Over Georgia has been closed for inspection after its engine derailed with passengers still on board Saturday afternoon. Witnesses told FOX 5 the train was crossing a bridge when they heard a loud boom. The engine then ran off the tracks and tipped over. https://www.fox5atlanta.com/amp/news/six-flags-train-derails-causes-passenger-evacuation
CoastersRZ
Wow. That is a pretty major derailment for the entire engine to be sitting on its side like that. I believe that SFoG uses Crown Metal products engines, like KI, although I believe that they have been modified to run on diesel, if my memory serves me. Hopefully everyone is ok. Hope they can get this fixed and this ride back up and running again.

flightoffear1996
Wow! Surprised Im just seeing this. It looks like the front wheel assembly detached from the train possibly causing the derailment.
Vortex
Glad the train was not under steam that could have been much worse.
