IndyGuy4KI Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Indiana Beach Holdings buys Clementon Park in NJ. Gene Staples seems to be out to save these smaller parks. https://www.inquirer.com/business/clementon-park-amusement-buy-auction-splash-20210325.html 4 Quote

CoastersRZ Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Hopefully he has the funds/investors to make this a successful long term venture. Could this be the start of a new company that focuses in smaller regional parks? Very interesting development. 1 Quote
TombRaiderFTW Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 I wonder if he has any interest in Fantasy Island. I'm curious to see what his ownership style is. He's made some good first impressions with Indiana Beach. 3 Quote

From the conversations I have had with a few people close to the IB project, funding is not an issue. Quote

grsupercity Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Very good news. Never fun seeing little parks closed. I am really curious to see what Mr Staples does to this park. We have already seen him purchase 2 coasters for Indiana Beach Quote
BeeastFarmer Posted March 26, 2021 Posted March 26, 2021 This is outstanding. Never been to either park, but IB is on my short list for this summer. Quote

I highly recommend it. Gene did so much in just 1 year. It is really getting back to the Spackman years before Morgan almost ran it into the ground. Quote
