January 27, 200521 yr Author At the time the tower can't handle it but do you think it would be the most extreme ride on earth if a topple tower was put at the top. During the winter the Eiffel Tower gets redone to hold the ride at the top. Then the top level of the viewing area would be closed and be used as the station. As for the line, It would start at the base under the tower going around the tower. An additional elevator would be added to the tower or an existing one would be used. The front of the line is the lift to the ride. With mod's to the tower a Topple Tower could be placed there. Topple Tower Web page
January 27, 200521 yr I can just see it now... the huge line waiting to go up Eiffel Tower. That would be the longest wait ever to get everyone up load them in and do it.
January 28, 200521 yr Considering the deck of the Eiffel Tower is were I go in the park to think or relax, when say im pi$$ed off, or stressed out, and being that high up on drop zone by it self for a few seconds before it drops scares the crap out of me, I say just leave it as is. I think if you "hypothetically" put a ride on top, it would ruin what most people use the Eiffel Tower for scenery, thinking spot, and when most parents take there kids there for the first time they go to the top of the tower. If you put a ride up there it would ruin it.
January 28, 200521 yr Yea it would ruin the tower but like a flying swing thing would be sweet on the tower.
January 29, 200521 yr Honestly? I think big obtrusive ride anywhere near the front or sides of the Eiffel Tower would be a horrible idea. It would take away from the beauty of International Street IMHO. When I'm standing at the front gate and looking towards the Eiffel Tower I want to see the tower and the buildings lineing(sp?) International Street, not some mechanical eye sore that wouldn't even work right to begin with...
February 8, 200521 yr Author Yes it would ruin the tower but this is a what if question. Would you ride that kind of thrill ride at the top of the tower if you had the chance?
February 8, 200521 yr The tower isn’t that tall when you compare it to some of the giga coasters out there.
February 8, 200521 yr Yes it would ruin the tower but this is a what if question. Would you ride that kind of thrill ride at the top of the tower if you had the chance? I think most of us answered that question "if" we had a chance to do it, we said we wouldnt do it because its a horrible idea
February 10, 200521 yr That would be pretty cool to have a ride on top of the Eiffel Tower. It would hve to be small like a space shot or junior coaster, something like that. That topple tower would be pretty cool. I dont think PKI would take the risk though.
