mikejenkins1
yeah, repeats again of ones they have done... Why not do new ones.like Shawnee Landing (canoes on beast site), Kentons Keelboat Canal, Firehawk, Flight Commander, ...
standbyme
Repeats yes…but that is the nicest looking Bat pin I have seen…and if you look closely the red paint is glittery, so if it’s like the Salt Water Circus one which also had glitter paint, it will look even better in person. P.S. There are still 32 pins left in the series, I’m sure you will still see some of your suggestions…but the park has to keep it interesting for the casual fan who just wants some of the major rides.

mikejenkins1
Did you note the prices went back down to 8.99.... Hmmmm Also the side marked backwards is going forwards and visa versa

They're in the correct order, just don't match the photo used on the card.
mikejenkins1
interesting as these pins WERE listed at 8.99 online and NOW all of a sudden they are 9.99.......
standbyme
^I ordered mine within’ hours of being listed and did get them at $8.99…someone must have messed up when they listed them because when they arrived they did have the $9.99 price stickers on them. (Underneath the stickers printed on the card is the old $8.99 price…as I mentioned earlier, I am guessing that some “bean counter” must have done the math and decided that $8.99 wasn’t enough for these pins so they raised the price.) mikejenkins1
Good to hear. Yes we were at park today and bought them for 9.99 (uggh) and the sticker on mine is poorly placed and shows the original 8.99 price. Buy on sale today - were 8.99 now only 9.99 Seriously. Couldnt we just charge 8.99 like all the rest and many others.
Shaggy
The next two are up today…. Viking Fury and Winterfest ‘82. They seem to be following the KI timeline with the pin releases.
standbyme
I have been waiting for a Viking Fury pin…very happy! (Not so thrilled that they put the 1982 date on the Winterfest pin…it kinda dated it.)
MDMC01
These pins are looking nice! So far, I'm interested in the Timberwolf and Racer (sign) pins. I cannot wait until they roll around to the 90's/2000's pins*! And was the "Where winter comes alive" slogan on the Winterfest the original tagline? If so, that's a nice touch! *Also, I wonder how that'll work as the park was owned by Paramount for a large part of the time period

MDMC01
That's pretty cool. Also, I was wondering how the 90's/2000's pins would work as the park was owned by Paramount at that time (because the names of the rides have changed over the years). Kenban
For the Paramount years I suspect the park will just use a name from after Paramount sold the parks. So instead of Top Gun it will be either Flight Deck or Bat. EDIT: Also a chance they will double dip, it could be both…

Stupid Train replica. Screwing everything up.
mikejenkins1
Just got back from park. Viking fury pin finally out for sale in Celebrations store by front gate only. But... standbyme
Numbers 23 & 24…I really like the Festhaus one! Now that the regular season is over and we are only at 24 pins released…I wonder, will they try and complete the set by the end of this year, or just keep bringing out 50th Anniversary stuff next year?!

PKIVortex
Next two pins are released. Amazon Fails is actually number 28 they made a mistake when listing, but are correct on the back. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
KIEagle33
I'll take The Vortex one. However, the Amazon Falls one also catches my eye as well.
PKIDelirium
Vortex one ordered, I’d been waiting for a nice retro Vortex to join the lineup. The back of the card is rather goofed up by the placement of the price sticker, covering up some of the description text, and they also spelled anniversary as “anniversery” in the upper right. Timeline wise, we’re getting closer to the Paramount era so we’ll see how they deal with that. Phantom Theater and Adventure Express are likely to be included, but I’m not sure about the licensed names. They’re good for Flight of Fear, Son of Beast and Delirium, but others are Paramount trademarked names, so unless they get creative and use designs without names, Top Gun, Face/Off, Drop Zone, Tomb Raider and Italian Job are unknowns. WinterFest 2005 might make an appearance.
standbyme
They wouldn’t even have to touch the Paramount years unless they wanted to…there are enough older rides still unaccounted for…plus they could do things like The International Restaurant, original marquee sign, the inflatable theater, trams, fountain with pedestals…I could fill out probably 75 pins…but then of course most people wouldn’t want most of them!
mikejenkins1
The Vortex pin is just a colored one of the same pin a couple years ago..... Can they not do pins that they have done recently? So many more rides they can do.
