I would love to see Top Gun stay but it is so far to walk to get to it. Even though you don't have long lines to ride it it is still tucked to far back in the woods. I think it will really be the next to go.

Let's hope that PKI doesn't remove anything. I would rather see them open up a new area then remove any ride.

I really wish I couldve seen the aircraft carrier theming on top gun, I love the Navy. I love seeing the squad flags and logos hanging around there, even though half of thsoe squads are defunct. Why did they close the aircraft carrier theming?

Does PKI have more land that is not being used to expand the park? If so maybe they can move Nick Central and leave some room to bring back some of the old classic rides.

KI has A LOT of land to expand. Unfortuanently none of it is near NC/HBL with the exception of the picnic area. What classic rides are you hoping they bring back? Theyre losing the HB rights soon.

I voted for The Beast, it was once an excellent ride but since it has been marred by trim brakes, retracking and a general toned down run it is very boring. Go ahead and say that it's blasphemous for someone to not like a coaster at PKI let alone The Beast but it isn't going to make me feel any different, The Beast was neutered let it die while it still has some dignity

wow, your a funny guy, The Beast is not toned down at all and why would KI tear out probably the best wooden coaster in the world that still holds the record for the longest track? Its a record breaker and highly esteemed everywhere. I hope you were being sarcastic.

It is a record breaker but is far from the best and you should read the topic title "What would YOU like to see removed" it isn't what will PKI remove. The Beast in it's current state is nothing like it was even four years ago. It used to haul around the circut now it goes on a slow crawl and then gets braked even more in the MCBR. The Beast was great but now it's needing to go *Ninja Vanish*

I would like to see Gullivers Ruba Tub and the Flying Dutchman, Flight Commander, Screamin' Demon, Keggers and the Canal Boats brought back. I know it isn't possible but that would be nice. KI had such great rides when they opened and it's a shame people loose interest in them. I would love to be able to open a small park with all the rides KI has taken out.

Give it up, I don't care what Acers think and it recieved the classic title for being an old ride hence classic. It hasn't magicly become so great in one year that Ace made it a classic, it took twenty five years

Screamin Demon is now at Camden Park somewhere in VA. but has been SBNO for awhile. If youd like to ride one like it you can go to Fun Spot in Angola Indiana (about 4 hours from here) and ride the first Arrow prototype of that type of coaster! heres a link to it:

I think RCDB is mistaken with the info about that coaster at fun spot though. I remember my grandma (who lived down the street from fun spot) showing me an article she had saved and telling me about how they moved the coaster to fun spot from KI. I can try to find the article she had but unfortuanently she died last year and I may nto be able to find it. I might be mistaken though. Anyways I thought you might be interested in that Gulliver. You are right, classics rule!

Don't hate me for saying what everyone is afraid to say , you all need to relax and realize that not everyone in the world thinks PKI is the best and learn how to respect other's opinions. You don't see me giving you all grief for likeing The Beast

Anyway Top Gun will be the next go with a launched inverted! I think this because do to how well Volcano at PKD is doing.

That would be really sweet if we got Volcano at PKI. I've always thought it looked really awesome. If I had to chose though which ride to go, it would be Face/Off. I know it's new, but i think it's really dumb. When I got off of riding it, I stood up and my feet and legs stung really bad. I don't know if it was the blood rushing down to my legs or what. I've riddin other inverted roller coasters and never felt that though. Since tearing down Face/Off won't happen, I guess I would say Top Gun. It's a really fun roller coaster, but I think it's too small and short to keep. Plus, since it's popularity has gone down, the long walk is a pain.

Well Face/off will probaly never go because nothing else will be able to fit in that area. I really wasn't refering to Volcano the ride at PKD but somethign like it. Maybe keeping the top gun theme and add like a launch off a big aircarft carrier (the station) and have it some twist and stuff like real jet planes do.

I know nothing could fit in it's place, but I just honestly, from the bottom of my heart hate Face/Off. That would be kinda weird having a volcano in the middle of the woods now that I think about it lol. Puting a launched inverted there would still be cool. I know someone mentioned having an inverted B&M themed to Sky Captian, so I think they should theme it to that (it they themed it to a movie[which I don't really like]). Anyway, having an inverted launch themed to Sky Captain would be cool, that way it kind of gives the "plane movie" theme a facelift. Having part of it be dark (which is where it's in a building?) would be cool for like the first part.

I think they would probably theme it to Top Gun because it is better known. I dont think Sky Captain did that well at the box offices. The reason your legs stung off Face/Off is because you probably jumped right ot of the seat instead of getting off gradually. My frined showed me this on Drop Zone. He is a ride op at KI. If you let your legs be pushed up by the rushing air and you keep them sticking straight out then jump off the seat you will feel sharp pain through your heels and legs. I dont know what causes this but you get the same affect on Face Off. Just slide out of the seat carefully next time.

I don't think any coaster rides will be going soon. That could change if the park get sold. Just look out for a land in Kings Island to be gone in the coming years.

I picked the Days of Thunder go-karts... it's a very simple oval that a good flat could be built upon. Or a better pay attraction.
