So we know we're getting a "family thrill attraction" coming in 2026, but where do you think it will go? Vortex, Skyflyer, Action Zone, or even Rivertown? I want to hear what you guys think. Personally, I think it will go in AZ, but that's just my guess.

Not sure of the costs, but an Intamin dynamic motion stage in the crypt building would probably be neat and qualify as family thrill.

A Vekoma Madhouse cost around $13,000,000.00, Intamin's Dynamic Motion Stage cost way over $38,179,925.00 which cost a lot like a new roller coaster and be the parks biggest investment surpasting Orion by over 8 million.

Well, I guess looking at it that way makes it seem unlikely. But on the other hand, what better way to replace a fully immersive, one of a kind, dark ride experience that was once at the top of KIs investment costs with another one?

I remember hearing rumors of a potential new main entrance building with ride interaction like Cedar Point and Carowinds. I would assume that only works if Invertigo and Congo are on their way out alongside our beloved Skycoaster.

I hope this rumor never happens.  The entry plaza hardware is great as it is and was specifically designed for that "wow" moment as you enter the park.

The plaza does need cosmetic work as we have lost the charm over the years.  Most of that would be very easy and cost effective, such as new roofing, adding flags back to the front of the building, etc.  They could take a nod from KD--as saccharine as their plaza is, the pavers look really great.  Enhance the landscaping with flowers and maybe even place the classic KI logo on the berm.

I have a feeling that a new entrance building would mean more construction than just the building itself. We'd likely see the relocation of offices, facilities, and banquet rooms to elsewhere on property before any indications of a complete demolition began. Now if the park wanted to rebuild their main offices to allow for a coaster to go over the gate, then maybe, but it would take a lot of work and add significant costs to the project.

As for the 2026 Family Thrill Attraction, put it in the TR:TR building and spend some moolah to make it look nice and pretty.
