My dad and I waited for TR:TR at the sneak preview in '02 for 4.5 hours and it didn't open.

I was in line with you! Were you with us when they let us in to see the pre-show and it broke down in the middle of it?

My worst wait would have to be Indiana Jones at Disneyland during Spring Break its opening year--just over four hours. The worst at PKI would be FoF right after it opened...3.0 hours.

Believe it or not, I actually waited 2.5 hours to ride Top Gun during it's opening season! The entire queue was filled (including the "bottom" of the air craft carrier), and they had temporary queues wrapping out and around Congo Falls (or Amazon Falls as it was called then) and Cafe Kiliminjaro. (But, at least there was some themeing to look at in line then <G>)

I was there. And I remember the park saying, "Stand on a symbol" to watch the preshow. Dumbest thing ever!

5 or 6 hours for FoF here.... it was back in 96 when it opened. The line began at the Zephyr and they used the metal fencing to create several queues in the base area in addition to all of the queues being open. The ride broke down several times during the wait.

I had to wait about 3 hrs for FOF when it first opened, only to find out that I was too short to ride. The line was just as long as Ryan had said it was. I was about to make it into the que area when one of the sups came through the line with a height stick...

The worst was the opening weekend of Flight of Fear (Outer Limits Flight of Fear at the time) at Paramounts Kings Dominion. Me and my freind waited 4.5 hours. They only had one train and could only load eight people in that train. It was torture, but well worth the wait.

At PKI it would be 3.5 hours for SoB, but I waited 4 hours for Aerosmith's Rockin' Rollercoaster in Disney World... It was insane, but worth it, they were having people bring around water and everything.

so many stories. well I hate to tell you guys this but pki will have long lines this year because of gas prices and people go to Florida and other hot places.

Why will high gas prices make PKI have long lines?

People will be less inclined to travel outside of the Cincinnati area for their summer vacations, so where do you think they'll go??
