Should rides like The Flying Eagles & the scrambler be tookin out? Or maybe remodeled? :cigar:

Flying Eagles? What`s wrong with the Eagles? They are one of the few rides that the riders actually can control the experience they recieve. Additionally, they are a classic dating back to 1940 when they were first installed at Coney Island. Also, the Scrambler is another classic ride that came from Coney (although both have been replaced by newer versions of the same ride) and originally opened in 1957. Why mess with something if they`re not broken? Also, they just repainted the Scrambler for this season, so it isn`t going anywhere any time soon. Why take out rides ( a lot of which are classics) when they can expand on undeveloped land like the land that used to be occupies by the eurobungees?

NO! The flyers were manufactured in 1935 and still thrilling people today. There is no way their be taking it out. And the Scrambler just got a new paintjob and refurbished to like new. There is also no way if it being taken out.

The monster should get a device so all the seats lower at once making capcity alot higher than it is now.

I do agree that something should be done about the Monster, although not entirely feasable. Fortunately, the ride isn't exactly a huge drawer in the park, so most days patrons can enjoy the ride with a reasonable waiting time.

I don't forsee them doing any "major" changes to OC any time in the near future. The whole purpose of OC is to give the feeling of being at Coney Island. It simply wouldn't be that way without Monster, or Scrambler, or Dogems. If you took any ride out of Coney right now it would definately have a major impact on the entire area beacuse the area as a whole just seems to flow together.

By all means, Coney Island should NOT BE UPDATED. It is a section of the park that is supposed to represenat traditional amusement parks in general and Cincinnati's Coney Island specifically. The Flying Eagles and all other rides from Coney Mall should stay. Additionally, I think that a ferris wheel should be added to enhance the traditional flare.

I gotta agree Coney is a Classic PKI already took away the Classic HBL characters what more do you want to take away geesh!

The Flyers have stood around for over a hundred years, they anight going no where.

i think they should start adding more classic rides, like the tilt a whirl to give it that old feel. maybe bring halley's comet back!

NO! Its alright as is...

Without the Eagles, I'd just find another park!
