Reclaimer
Cedar Fair has announced an all-Ohio parking pass for $75 (Just $5 more than Cedar Point-only parking) Cedar Point is also now offering a deferred season pass offering. Also of note they are using the Paramount Park ordering system. http://www2.paramountparks.com/cedarfair/s...cedar_point.cfm The OnPoint blog on CP's site also states: "This means that you can park at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom in Aurora, and King’s Island in Cincinnati for the low price of just $75.00. This one-time fee will get you unlimited parking at all three parks here in Ohio. Additional All-Ohio Parking Passes will be available for $25.00 each. Vehicles using additional All-Ohio Parking Passes must be registered to the same household." http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/fun/blog/index.cfm
flightoffear1996
How much is just the season pass parking for Kings Island because $75 seems to be a little steep.

Captain Picard
If you got the free parking at PKI I don't think It would do you much good to get a parking pass.
CoastersNSich
Looks like they've switched the online sales of passes over to the Paramount Parks IT system, including for CP and GL, as Dick Kinzel stated in the 3Q conference call. While they're not doing parking on the season pass ID, this is definitely a logical move to offer an all-Ohio parking pass.
CoastersRZ
I still think that KI is going to get a lot of complaints with regards to the lack of an option to put the parking pass on your season pass card. But it is nice to see them finally realize the geographic connection between the parks and offer a parking pass that allows for parking at all three of the Ohio parks. PhantomTheater
Anyone else notice that T & T just said King's Island, with no P word. I find that interesting.
raptor
Gee I wish they had announced this back in october when season passes went on sale when I bought my max plus pass and KI parking pass, since i've already paid $35 for my parking pass I won't get the discount parking rate, take of the $35 i've already paid and i would love to have the $75 pass for another $40, i guess that's what I get for buying there passes as soon as they go on sale. Reclaimer
You can send the additional $40 in and they will change your pass to the All-Ohio pass. If you’ve already purchased a parking pass and you’re interested in switching to the new All-Ohio Parking Pass, here’s the procedure. You’ll mail two things – the parking pass voucher you have already, and payment for the difference between what your parking pass cost and how much the new pass is now. This requires some math! So for example, you already paid $70.00 for a regular parking pass and you want to upgrade to the new All-Ohio Parking Pass for $75.00. You’ll send us the original parking voucher AND a check for $5.00 to make up the difference between the two. Checks can be made payable to Cedar Point. Source: http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/fun/blog/...a4-deab2d7883dd Of course, these directions were posted from Tony and Tyler or CP passholders, but I'd assume the process is the same or similar for KI. I'd call the park and see how they're handling upgrades and who to send the extra money to.
flightoffear1996
YOu might be able to call up Kings Island and tell them you would like to add something like that and they just might do it.

The Interpreter
I'd contact Guest Relations at Cedar Point. I am quite sure they will make it right.
