March 14, 200719 yr Having made many, many trips to Geauga Lake, mainly to ride X Flight, I can't even tell you how happy I am!
March 14, 200719 yr Couldn't agree more, Interpreter. Haven't been around lately, but, anyone know of a new paint schemem or will it stay the same?
March 15, 200719 yr From the press release: The best of the best begin their mission just behind Flight of Fear roller coaster in Coney Mall. After boarding their four-across yellow and red pilot seats, guests are lowered backward and begin their ascent up the 115-foot-tall red and steel gray lift hill, only to be flipped over and jetted at top speeds through ½ mile of steel track over the course of 2 minutes and 30 seconds! Yellow and red trains.
March 15, 200719 yr I guess it is because I haven't been on a ride that I remember (other than Racer/recaR) with dual loading stations, but... The idea of dual loading stations just makes me happy.
March 15, 200719 yr Especially if, as I expect, they actually USE both sides most of the time. That is not always the case in many Six Flags parks...at least based on past observations. B and M Supermen, in particular...
March 15, 200719 yr Yeah I don't see why they wouldn't use them most of the time. I could see maybe on the less busy days or early in the morning but other than that I think they need both stations open to keep the line moving for the ride specially since there is no MCBR.

I agree they definatly should use them all the time especially during the opening year I could understand if its a slow day but in the mid summer time they should have them both always open!
March 20, 200719 yr Do you think they will have a singles line? Maybe that would be a pretty nice idea and speed the line up a little filling every seat on the train
March 20, 200719 yr Well, if they run the ride like they have been running IJST, they will not want to send a train out without an empty seat. But a train on Firehawk holds twice as many people as what the trains on IJ hold, so capacity may not be quite as critical as it is on IJ.
March 20, 200719 yr How does a single rider line benefit the actual wait of the line, it does help capacity so you don't have to send out empty seats, it's just a benefit to single riders.
March 20, 200719 yr One more person on the ride filling an empty train that would otherwise not run full....is one more person out of my way!! Thats how it benefits the line, one more single rider not in the line, is one less person waiting to ride!
March 20, 200719 yr Exactly right, say you have a group of 3, well thats were the single ride line would come into place, making it so the trains are always filled and making the lines as short as possiable
March 21, 200719 yr Yes they do, but the weather is going to be great except with some period of rains, but I have faith.
March 21, 200719 yr Faith, I understand. But how can you possibly know what the next two months of weather is going to be like. You should work for the National Weather Service or Accuweather if you can predict that that accurately!
March 21, 200719 yr You never know when an amateur meteorologist is right!! But I do agree, chances are that we've seen the worst weather come and pass, so hopefully the rain will be the worst of their worries. I wouldn't be shocked at all if it opened on time. They're really trucking now. The vertical construction part goes very quickly!
