Today, everyone at the park threw up. So as the train arrived to the station on The Racer, the kid in the row in front of me threw up on his seat. After the gates opened, I told one of the operators (glad I did since the floors for each car). They didn't even clean it properly. They ran the hose for 30 seconds and called it a day. I was glad to be on the next train.
Then, in the UFO someone puked all over the railing and on the floors. This forum is full of people wanting the park to hire more staff in the Rides and F&B departments, but what I want is for them to hire more janitors so they could staff them at each ride. A clean park is what matters.
What I consider a "proper cleaning" is running the hose on it and then using a disinfecting spray. Closing the entire train isn't neccesary, but the surrounding rows should run through the course. Also, I understand that workers can't see everything but if a guest says something they should get some kind of reward.
I don’t think they really need either of those for people to take notice. They already are. They are proving with “most expensive investment ever” that ISN’T an extreme coaster, that they are playing in a different lane.
