Just saying a beyond vertical drop would be all I’d want on a giga. Anything beyond that would just be add-ons like toppings on an ice cream. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Intamin and B&M make very different coasters with very different experiences. One company’s giga is not the other’s. Though I am confident either can make very good gigas, even if they are on the shorter side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

https://upgradedpoints.com/best-amusement-parks-in-north-america/ Interesting read. DB, helping? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes. I never said much credence and I never said I believe in the credence it would give. I simply said it would give credence. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^I never said it would give much credence, nor do I believe it would. I’m just stating what I believe given the pandemonium from yesterday based on some lines on a piece of paper. I’m a realist, but not everyone is Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There are two possibilities for tomorrow: 1) There is no more clearing to be found, giving credence to the leaked blueprints. All hell will break loose 2) There is clearing beyond what the blueprints state, giving credence to the fact the blueprints could be a hoax. All hell will break loose Be prepared people. Tomorrow will be crazy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cowboy Diamondback?!? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

From a business standpoint, it wouldn’t really make sense to make what many people are calling “a taller Diamondback.” Yes they could market it as a giga and go on about how y’all and fast it is, but the truth is, many GP and even enthusiasts would simply compare it to Diamondback and more likely than not complain that it is just a bigger version. Even Fury is compared to I232 and they’re completely different. It just doesn’t make sense to me why they would go for a similar ride experience with large, spread out hills Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

All I’m saying is that I don’t think there’s any way this is weaker than Millennium Force, Steel Dragon, or Leviathon. This looks like a fun layout with what B&M seems to be up to with the Hershey hyper. DB, ready for the hate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^This is like having a Gameboy on the playground back in elementary school lmao Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^Why not both? Space deer! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It’s great that Don has as much with this as we do Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If it’s a B&M, all I’ll say is keep hoping lol But seriously, B&M does 2 seat very rarely. Their two gigas are both 4 seat, and it is much better for capacity with the added benefit of shorter trains. While it’s not impossible for them to make 2 seat trains for a giga (see Steel Dragon) it is highly unlikely Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Were there any mentions of a cowboy coaster? DB, who still hasn’t let the past just be the past Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I want to keep my faith in humanity for the time being so I’m just going to stay away for now lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Anyone have any thoughts on what the stats could be? Not just for a giga, but for whatever you think it could be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^I believe we are all missing the point that Cedar Fair trademarked not one, but two names. Am I crazy for thinking one could go to KI and one could go to KD? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hope it’ll be green. DB, wanting a lime green B&M at KI since ‘14 (but hey Banshees colors are great and I’m sure whatever colors they choose will fit with everything) On a side note, if they choose black for the main color, I feel like it could look really cool and intimidating. Imagine driving by on 71 and just seeing a giant black structure standing at the back of the park. Even at night it could look amazing if they had a great light package. Just my two cents on the matter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How are lines today? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^Did that happen to be train 3? They were having trouble with it on Tuesday and had to take it off then and I was just wondering if they were still having trouble with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mystic Timbers is actually fairly long. About 10 minutes, probably because everyone went there first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Very empty. 10 minutes for front of MT and 10 minutes for Diamondback. Vortex has about 4 people on the whole ride. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^This thread will probably be your best option for that. If you want to pop in just ask anyone on here how busy the park is. Your next best option would be to look at the webcams on the website just to gauge for yourself if it’s worth going or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fair warning for everyone here. There’s a lot of phones out on rides. Just on Banshee something drilled me in the foot. Hurts like heck but I’m glad it only hit me in the foot. Stay alert everybody and please keep you phones away on rides. Not only is it illegal but also unsafe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

^IDK if it was just my experience at Carowinds or not but DB is way better than I232. It would be a station wait, they’d be running three trains and it still took 10+ minutes. Fury on the other hand... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
