There is that which may be legally sufficient. There is that which is morally right--the right thing to do. Could YOU sleep at night if "No Swimming" signs were legally sufficient ( not saying they were), but a little boy is dead and his family and friends grieving because you didn't say "Alligators! STAY OUT OF THE WATER!"? And even if something is legal, isn't it also best to prevent court battles over things like adequacy of warnings when a few words on a sign may have done just that? Terp, who likes to ask questions.

Wouldn't father-in-law have some problems if he knows where she is but helps keep her hidden? Wouldn't you think he's now also a flight risk? Terp, who likes to ask questions. -

^ You may want to read the post above yours. And yet, things can and sometimes do change. Better to underpromise and overdeliver. Especially right now. Not good to build expectations at this point. -

But see the U S Code. It is there you will find, among other things, the federal criminal code. Terp, who adds the above is fact, not opinion, so no disclaimer is needed in this post. This is not a disclaimer. -

Past pricing may or may not be indicative of future pricing. Terp, who just this week received a non-transferable offer to purchase up to four GAd Gold passes for 59.99 each, plus NJ tax...

The flag code is aspirational. It is not part of the criminal code. In fact, it's of dubious constitutionality. Terp, who adds there is no legal advice contained herein. Reading this post does not create an attorney/client relationship. The author is not licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio nor the District of Columbia. Well, as many guests have proven, you CAN. It may not end well, but you CAN.

Go? Terp's pretty much an Omnimover.

The problem with non-shooting dark rides has been that without something to keep guests busy, too many guests find ways to keep busy--ways incompatible with family rides, unless you mean producing one. I'm still amazed the gun control groups haven't gone after parks for having shooting rides. After all, if a second grader can be suspended for two days for chewing his pastry into a gun shape and "shooting" classmates... Terp, cross-threadin'

As it once was on Ohio and NJ PTC's. As for KI's, I blame Ollie Linden. That gentleman insisted on hard polystyrene/polyurethane foam as he was insistent that it was lower maintenance. Rider comfort was not something he cared about. I doubt he ever liked riding a roller coaster.

Wasn't that done partially because of Flight of Fear? No. The then backwards side was not done until the second year. It had nothing to do with Flight of Fear. It was done to extend the brake run.

There are those who trust the Internet more than eyewitness accounts. Ergo, Son of Beast IS still there. You must be mistaken.
