    The Bat

    Firehawk, too, to some extent?

    The Bat

Woodstock Express sounds like a Volkswagen bus full of hippies on the New York Throughway in 1969. I like the "new" Bat idea. It plays well with the nostalgic crowd, of which yours truly is a member.
  5. We've discussed the name "ZomBeast" on here a time or two.
  6. Just drove by KK on my way to go ziplining in the Mega Caverns under the zoo... and it looked to me somehow much more "alive" than I remember in other recent Louisville trips, even during an off-season month.
  7. I'd resurrect the Tumblebug. I really miss that ride.
  8. Sounds like he was just trying to "be nice"1 and let some people enjoy some economic relief at the expense of others1. I mean, they're a huge company, they have lots o' money. "No one's going to notice a little bit missing", and besides, the people are happier for getting what they would otherwise have had to have worked for.... for free.... must feel good for someone to be liked for ... giving them a break1.... hmmmm I have now reached the wall that is the TOS. 1 "allegedly"
  9. ...and yet another one for public opinion. Double, in some cases.
  10. Still active, but making some changes. It's all good.

  11. OJ Simpson is in jail. He is a convicted criminal. Unrelated to the purpose thereof, it's interesting to note that he yet remains officially liable for damages to the families of, but is officially still not guilty of the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. The justice system is a complex thing sometimes, especially in the world of the 24-hour news cycle.
  12. Some of the wild swings in tone on here make me wonder if certain people have had their accounts hacked. Some things seem way out of character, if not outside the original perception of maturity. I guess the whole world's kinda headed that way, too. The magic is gone. Sad. Peace.
  13. EDIT - Inappropriate drug joke. Sorry... Seriously, it was a really cool ride from the perspective of a young, cartoon-enjoying little kid back in the 70's. Especially cool were the cartoon themes that came out of the "TV" themed outer facade. "Meet George Jetson..." and so on.
  14. Just walk. It's good for your buns and thighs. "Ja! Buns und thighs!"
  15. Do any CF parks have a connection to a100-year celebration of some kind, such as a community celebrating its 100th anniversary (which would most likely be out west)...? Brian5475E... excellent find! This would make a great new thread, maybe?
  16. Centurion sounds like a guard... like a ... gate keeper? ...or a Roman captain of 100 men, too. I'm just sayin'
  17. Being a pro football fan who learns not to get too excited when the home team is ahead by more than a touchdown, even during the final 2 minutes; Being a pro baseball, well, watcher who has felt the exhileration of watching the home team win the World Series more than once in his long lifetime; The number 4,192 - Don't care if Pete Rose is banned for life; that's a memory that I choose to cherish; Bob Shreve's Past Prime Playhouse, which remains in the hearts of many a Cincinnatian; The Garfield Suites Hotel, and its world-class amusement park creating general manager, Gary; and... Ah, the Name is Bootsy, Baby!
  18. Memories of the Carew Tower observation deck, and walking along the Roebling Bridge are as Cincinnati as it gets for me.
  19. So, the $28,000,000, world's-longest-inverted coaster is just a .... divers[[[CLANG!]]] (giant anvil interrupts Tb).
  20. Clever. I'm inspired to go start a thread called "Guests Say the Darnest Things" ...about Fast Lane.
