I went back in April and applied again when I turned 16, I actually went in on my birthday, and I only got to pick from a few rides. I chose BEast cause its my favorite coaster.

I have never seen any crew in the park do what The Beast crew does the last hour every night. So, yea I think they do deserve a lot of credit. Then you haven't seen the Delirium crew at night. We may not do backflips in the station, but we do get the entire gondola pumped up. No one at Beast has ever said that no one else does as good a job as us. We know other peopl do power hour and we dont think we're better than anyone. I've met some very cool people in HB who are graet with the kids and all the other crews do a fantastic job, we dont stick our noses up cause we work on a legendary ride, we just make the most fun out of it that we can.

Not if you made it thick enough and inspected it.

No I dont expect the coaster too but I dont consider it under water when no water flows over the tunnel, the sides should be raised around where the coaster enters and exits to prevent water from flowing into the tunnel and water should flow over the covered part. Its just a tunnel built over dirt that sits under the track.

You lie about your steel coasters! PKD's site says Anaconda has an underwater tunnel yet the coaster never really travels under water!

Well of course Volcano beats our inverts, but does Grizzly beat SOB or Beast hahahahah no chance in h**l

After visiting PKD, yes I can say that. It's good but honestly PKI is better, not just because its my home park, but visit the two and youll see. PKD is good and I loved it but really all it is, is a miniature PKI with one coaster type that PKI doesnt have (HYPERSONIC XLC (and dont say volcano is different, because we have two inverts and dont say its different because it uses fire, because we have a ride that uses fire too))

^True. Hopefully that park gets built up quite a bit in the future it doesnt seem like its a very good park. Although it probably beats Six Flags.

Looks like your most likely getting a Boomerang Bay expansion, they wouldnt just move the water park then spend even more money to expand it later. Enjoy the re-theme.......its great! As far as a list goes: PKI PC PKD PCW PGA Theres now way PKD can compare to PKI (I have visited PKD) PKD definently beats PCW and PGA though, but theres no way it ties with PKI. Carowinds is quite nice and I believe it does bea PKD.

That sucks having to surrender a coaster, especially the first of its kinds. PGA doesnt seem like it has that many good coasters.

I will be working an open shift that day, I hope to see you all coming to enjoy The Beast.

^I think PGA already had a water park before they got the boomerang bay expansion. If I remember correctly their slogan for this year was "Twice the size in 2005" meaning twice the size of the waterpark in 2005. Theirs does look a lot nicer though.

^If they remove any of those coasters (Racers, Vortex, Top Gun, or SOB) next year, you may all slap me. But dont worry, I wont feel the flesh of any of your hands anytime soon. I heard that they were gonna tear down Vortex and gun and use the steel to add on to the eifel tower after they tear down The Racers and use the wood to construct a bridge to a new expansion of the park that will feature the worlds fastest carousel that reaches speeds of over 127 miles per hour!!!!

I did, and Dan is right. Screamscape is just RUMORS! Wait till the middle of the summer when they announce whats coming. None of those coasters are going, anyone with common sense can see that......they all run fine and are kept up and they have great capacity. Screamscape is full of crap, wait till PKI announces it, then if Screamscape was right you can come up to me and slap me.

I could see someone trying to break in there, youd be suprised at some of the idiots we get at the park, most of the ACERS I've met think they dont have to wear the seatbelts and that they know how the coaster is supposed to work as well as everything at the park.
