  1. If it means more budget for the actual ride experience/show, I think it’s worth it to update what’s there. But yeah, an original facade would be preferable. Guess we’ll see. Ultimately, I’d say what’s inside the building will matter more.
  2. Appreciate it! I’m a visual person, so I had to take a bit of time to obsess over what it could look like. Haha. Can’t wait to see what the finished product is.
  3. Just a rumor, but I heard they’re trying to Increase capacity. Grain of salt.
  4. As asinine as it may be, there may be an ROI on theme park trash cans, outside of adding to the park experience… Read More About Disney Trash Cans, I Guess
  5. My friend, that may be true, but I can assure you I’m still crazy.
  6. Looks like some paint showing up, unless I’m crazy and imagining things (which is possible and likely).
  7. I think you could do quite a bite with the existing facade to make it work. The castle dental molding should go, as well as the turret style features (which they seem to be addressing now). A lot of the existing colors in the art design (from what we’ve seen) could be incorporated into what’s there. Mocked up this concept over the last few days to try and visualize what it could be. Not sure how it would work, but I’d really love to see some kind of marquee added to the front inspired by the original: Excited to see what they do.
  8. That gave me a laugh too. A lot of references in that short pre show clip from the original ride, the Encore show, BBoBH, and more. Love the story treatment. You can tell a lot of love went into this.
  9. Soooo… You wanted to see spoilers, did ya? Proceed with caution. Hyped to hear it’ll be ready opening day! Photo credits: Great Ohio Coaster Club Kernny-Cation Really, reaaaaally loving how this is coming together.
  10. I’m gonna spend some money.
  11. So hardcore, bro. You’re the coolest guy on the theme park message board.
  12. Not really loving the name. Happy to see the park get some attention, though.
  13. Incorporate a sit down restaurant and I’m sold! Love it!
  14. My brother in Christ, I’ve out drank you in the park 10-1, I guarantee it. The difference between you and actual adults is the fact that I’m not a sloppy kid who can’t hold their liquor. Brandy? Are you the daughter of a wealthy plantation owner in the 1800’s? Cheers!
  15. Pretty embarrassing, honestly.
  16. I know I sound like a broken record, and plenty will chime in to disagree, but this is why I always wait until closer to the beginning of the season to decide on what pass to buy. I’d rather know what I’m getting into as opposed to things changing and potentially overspending on perks, etc.

  18. Some old people (like me) remember Massacre Manor as a Sleepy Hollow maze under a tent next to the Showplace. Good times.
  19. Really cool to see it in the top three with Disney and Dollywood.
