I've never actually been to a job fair at KI but I know two of my friends went to the job fair 2 years ago and one of them got hired basically on the spot. I don't know why the other friend didn't get hired, he never would tell me why.

GL got 4 coasters in one year. Dominator, Steel Venom, Beaver land Mine Ride, and Villain Well anything is possible i guess. IF we were to get Steel Venom...I don't really see it being placed by Fof. I personally dont think there's much room back there with the amount of trees that were removed (for now at least). Truthfully, I have no Earthly idea were it would/could be placed. Maybe in some of the left over room were Kings Cobra used to be.

I highly doubt that Kings Island would be lucky enough to recieve 2 Geauga Lake coasters in the same year. I would almost feel sorry for geauga lake. But I will admit....the Steel Venom spikes would be a nice addition to the Kings Island skyline.

I spoke with someone in HR today and they told me that processing will be available in Festhaus from 4pm-6pm on Feb. 3rd during the season kickoff party.

So Kings Island called me back today, and they told me that I don't have to bring up my paperwork yet. They told me that I can just bring it up before the Season Kickoff Party, but I don't want to wait in a processing line before the party. I guess HR wants to be packed next saturday.

Maybe CF will use the theater in Nick Universe for something other than the Cartoon Meet-and-Greet. It's a great place for the meet-and-greet but it could have so much more potential.

Well as it were, it was impossible for you to ride it last summer, as it was no longer in the park. It was removed to make room for Avatar.

But anytime you say anything to someone on these forums it's negative. Why do you want people to hate you? I'm going to have to agree with what many posters have said many times before. And you think PKIC is??? No website is always relaible. I never said PKIC was a reliable source. The only possible coaster names floating around here are the guesses by the posters.

^ Well, from what i've seen the only place Thrillnetwork.com mentions Firehawk is in the rumors forum. Also, sites like thrillnetwork..com, screamscape, and coasterbuzz.com are not the most reliable sources around. Edit: One last thing, if you search for "Firehawk" on thrillnetwork it only gives three results and 2 of them are about cars, only one is about a roller coaster. I would hardly call that "all over Thrillnetwork.com".

^^Technically they dont have to wait for all of the supports arrive. They could start construction as soon as 1 piece of support were to arrive.

I don't know what the deal is with my browser, cuz im getting the black bax with 2 yellow vertical lines for pkicentral.com but nothing for the paramount parks. I don't know whats wrong. Anyones guess is as good as mine right now.

Yea, it's working for me now. I don't know what the problem was. It did take a really long time to load for me though. Also, in my internet explorer, I usually get a little symbol next to the name of the website, The paramount mountain with stars always shows up for pki.com, and its not there anymore.

I don't know if it's just my computer and internet or not, but www.pki.com nor www.carowinds.com are loading for me. Other websites such as PKIC still load perfectly. Could this mean Cedar Fair is changing the websites right now?

It means either the article got the date wrong or KI is still unsure of when they want to announce it. www.pki.com says to look for an announcment on this friday. In a letter I recieved from the park, it said they would be saying something about a new ride on Feb. 3rd. And now the article gives a 3rd date saying itll be on the 5th. Well it wont likely be on a weekend. I'm just going on what i'm reading off of the rehire paper KI sent me in the mail. So either its going to be announced on this friday and they are just going to tell the rehire employees about it on the 3rd. Or they're going to give the employees a sneek peek and then have the press release on monday. The later I dont see happening as there is always a chance that an employee would go spouting his/her mouth off.
