  1. Still less than 64, but infinitely more than 0.
  2. Insert random post about American's with Disabilities Act and the fact that the IR does not have an elevator accessible from International Street. It does however have a freight elevator in the backstage area. I would say it either replaces Cinnabon or the Pretzel shack.
  3. When I worked at a laser tag arena, back in the day. They had problems with the paint and upkeep of the facility. They found out the fog juice they were using was slightly corrosive. That could be concern.
  4. Anyone happen to think that this room may be a scene for the haunt? May be stretching here, but it could be a room.
  5. I doubt tips would be taken. It is probably the same food service employees who are not allowed to take tips.
  6. I would not be surprised to see some sort of flat ride put in Thunder Alleys spot for next year, in order to start drawing some of the crowd toward Action Zone. It could also be a queue line/station area for the 2014 coaster.
  7. Fridays are infinitely better than Saturdays as far as crowds go. Typical Saturdays at the Haunt are some of the busiest days of the year in terms of total attendance.
  8. Uhhhh hand cars. The bain of my existence.
  9. Probably January. Negative things stay with your record until they throw it away. It used to be 7 years. Worth trying anyways, they may consider it if you seem to have matured since your last incident depending on how bad it is.
  10. The park also lost power in 2010 during the 4th of July-ish timing. The rides were evacuated following evacuation procedures. As MarketingExpress stated, the rides do not have back up generators and will not complete their cycles. Coasters will stop at the next breaking area if they are on the course at the time, flat rides will stop their cycle. Delirium would swing to a stop, from there, not sure how they would evacuate. All water rides lose their pump power, so the water will drain and the flume, inner tube will stop at it's current position.
  11. Please don't write any novels anytime soon.
  12. They do use the upper platform pretty regularly. Can't say why they use the lower one vs. the upper one, but it's not too uncommon for that to happen.
  13. Everyone on here is so smart! Happy Monday.
  14. If you think the Zoo is hot have you ever been to Cedar Point? Jeez louise. At least the Zoo has lots of shade.
  15. I don't think The Crypt seats and Delirium's seats are the same. Delirium's were mounted around a circle and I seem to remember them meshing well together. I would think they'd be different.
  16. Rides go down, its a fact of life get over it. Feel free to ride WindSeeker when its broken and let me know how that goes for you. Its not like they are closing rides for the fun of it, its usually for an issue that prevents you from riding safely.
  17. And this year they got a B&M giga...
  18. Eiffel Tower, Carousel, or KI and MVR would be my 3 guesses for number 2.
  19. Let's ride Diamondback below its minimum operating temperature!
  20. I think if he could or wanted to say, he would have.
  21. The Subway on Western Row is by far the worst Subway I've ever been in. I wouldn't eat there again if someone paid me. It was filthy, disgusting, and the AC didn't work.
  22. ^ Very realistic as well. I would trade Diamondback for Maverick.
  23. I don't think shipping really has anything to do with how early track shows up, as does the quantity (footage) fo track. Shipping to Europe/Asia would be maybe an extra month AT THE MOST. If track is showing up earlier than usual, it is probably due to high demand.
  24. I forgot about the cans we placed in The Crypt. Keep in mind the park has nearly 1000 cans with the parking lot and Soak City added in.
  25. As someone who has experienced the wonderful-ness of putting away the cans and bringing them back out I can tell you a few things. Not sure about this year's procedure, but the year before they were split up and put away in their respective areas. 1) AZ was stored at Stunt Crew Grill 2) Coney was split between Racer station and FoF hanger. 3) Rivertown was placed in the Train Station. 4) Snoopy cans were placed in Snoopy Theatre. 5) IS Cans were placed under the IR. 6) Parking lot cans were placed under the IR as well. I can tell you right now it's a very time consuming and daunting task, they were all cleaned as well. Some of the cans that were put away during park operating hours were pulled across the areas or wheeled on dollys, after hours they used Pick-Up trucks and a large flat bed.
