Currently, the staff is beginning to start a new design for the site. These things take time though and take even longer for a better product. Since you are the members of the site we would like to know what YOU want. So tell us what you would like to see and we will implement those things into our new design. Also tell us what you think about this:

The Ohioana Library Association, an organization founded in 1929 to recognize the work of Ohio writers as well as books about Ohio, holds an annual program and reception to honor the year's Hamilton County authors. At the 2002-2003 reception on Sunday, November 16, at 1:30 p.m., at the Main Library downtown, Charles Infosino (Italian Chef) will receive recognition as author of the book about Cincinnati, The Unofficial Guidebook to Paramount's Kings Island. At the program, Charles will be introduced to the audience and will speak about his book and how it came to be written. The program will be held in the Huenefeld Tower Toom on the third floor of the Main Library. The library opens to the public on Sundays at 1:00. Family and friends are welcome. If you are interested in coming to this event to support Chef, then you can leave a post in here. This event will honor Italian Chef for his book paying homage to PKI. Chef will also be available for book signings. :chef:

I'd just like to thank everyone who attended this meeting and for making this a special day for everyone. If you ask anyone who went, I'm sure that they would tell you they had a blast at the PKIC Day. I was very happy to meet all of you and I hope to do it again. Here is the update and the plan for the day. On Sunday, November 2 we will meet up at PKI for the 2nd Unofficial PKIC Day at 12:00. There has been a correction and we will not be meeting at 10:00 anymore. Once again, we will meet at 12:00 at the left foot of the Eiffel Tower. After that we will be on our way. At 3:00 we will go to the Festhaus to meet up with Jeff Siebert to begin the construction tour of Boomerang Bay! Once we are done with that we will walk around the park some more until 10:00 rolls around when we will take part in the last Beast rides of the season. Again we will see Jeff there too, so if you're a big fan of Jeff, this is the day to come. This should be a very fun day and you can even ask the people who attended the first PKIC Day, because I'm sure they would tell you that they had a blast. Since the trip is tommorrow, I will post another update. At 10:00 we will meet under the left foot of the Eiffel Tower. Dane and I will both be wearing our PKIC shirts so you will be able to find us. If you cannot make it at 10:00 you can call my cell phone at 484-8392 and find out where we are. If anyone else would like to put their cell phone number up then that would be nice. I hope everyone whos is attending will have a wonderful time!

I rode it on Sunday and nothing was changed. I know TR:TR by heart and I would realize if there was a change on it. A lot of the time some special effects do not always work the way they are supposed to or they don't even work at all and people get the idea that something has changed. Don't worry about it because I think that you guys will love what is going to happen to TR:TR next year.

It may of seemed like the ride program for TR:TR, but it wasn't. TR:TR has the same prgram ever since it opened and it hasn't changed. The reson for this is that if the ride prgram was change then the special effects and soundtrack would have to be changed too and that isn't possible at the moment. Sorry to burst your bubble, but TR:TR has not been changed.

I want to get this straight. We have Italianchef, Mrs. G, PKIlvr, and DanialRadsgrl definitely going. Fusiondude, The Rickster, Docdude316, Murph, Coasterguy107, and Dane are a maybe. If anyone else is thinking about going, I think that you would have a great time and I would advise you to come and join us! Also, if anyone is planning on buying a shirt, then it would be a good time to order now so that you can wear the shirt when we meet each other. MASON - Paramount's Kings Island has worked out where it is going to get additional water for its new Australian-themed water park and other future needs. The theme park had asked Warren County for an extra 500,000 gallons of water a day and an extra 500,000 gallons of sewer capacity a day, but county officials were concerned it would take up all the current capabilities. For me, it would be Route 666 because I have gone in every other haunted house that they are having this year. It is also very unique because I haven't seen anything like this anywhere else. Of coarse you can make the connection with a haunted hay ride but still, this is totally different. What do you think?

Thank you guys for all your suggestions. Ireally appreciate them and I'll try to implement a lot of them into the site. Just remember that we just launched so there is still many things that need to be done first before we can work on other things. We still have a lot of other idea here at PKIC will enjoy when we finally come around and get the job done. We are working our asses off here so I hope you guys appreciate what we are doing.

Don't feel stupid. You do not have to buy a shirt; it is only optional but highly recommended. So right now, DanielRadsgrl and Fusiondude are coming to the unofficial PKIC trip. Now, if any of you think you can make it please post a reply in here.

Great idea! If anyone would like to add a picture to the "Random Photo" section of the main page, send an email here: pictures@pki-central.com. All you need to do is title the subject of the email "Random Photo Entry" and include your user name on the boards. We will try to get it up as soon as possible. Please remember to only send PKI related pictures.

I've thought about that myself. We already have a park trip togerther to PKI on October 11. If you can make it go Here and post a reply.

They won't have a splash pool at the end of the Coolangata Racers. Don't worry, because it really doesn't matter since you will be laying face first on a mat while you are on the waterslide.
