Any coaster that old needs to be preserved, I would love to see it at ki but that won't happen. I almost made it up to gl for the first time the last day it was open, now I wish I had gone, the first thing I was gonna do is ride the big dipper.

I thought the front seat my be a lot better, but I wasn't willing to risk it and ruin the rest of my day with that bad of a headache again this year, but I will probably try the front next year.

Yes when I went to Halloweekends this year I did something I never would have imagined I would ever do, wait in line for the corkscrew for and hour and 15 minutes yikes, Halloweekends is crazy

I haven't been there since before six flags and can't remember it well even from then, I was thinking about going next year, if nothing else to ride the dutchman what does everyone think of this park? is it worth going?

Sunday was truly awesome I was there from 2 till 11:30, I believe I set a personal record riding 24 roller coasters: The Beast 4 times The Vortex 4 times Flight of Fear 8 times The Racer 3 times italian job 3 times Top Gun 1 time Face Off 1 Time Also the viking ship twice, the shake rattle and roll once, the monster once and with the elephant turned off I got to ride the Log Flume (I was excited about that) There were times I walked on The Beast and Vortex and there was only like 4 or 5 people in the station. I hope it will be as dead on Tuesday, not for the parks sake but for mine

I think they may end up changing it so you get in free in october with the following years season pass instead of the current one to get more people to renew earlier, just speculation and wouldn't be a bad idea to get more people to buy quicker, wouldn't bother me since I get a pass every year, however I may be totally wrong.

I love sky rides the one at KI was gone before I was very old so I don't remember it, wish it was still there.

I too wasn't able to get my jacket yesterday because I didn't bring my voucher because I thought they weren't going to be there and I didn't want to lose my voucher, but that's ok I plan on being there Tuesday hopefully I can collect it then.

I believe the press release, or at least the email stated "up to 6 on any given day" which is rather unclear to me whether they mean up to 6 on one occasion only, or 6 total on the same day or different days. In fact when I called them on the phone yesterday she said she thought I could get 6 and no more but it could be on one day or multiple days, it seems it's different depending on who you talk to, it's a very nice gesture, I just wish it was a little more clear as I would hate to get up there not get the discount and it be too late for the online discount. Yes The Vortex was a nice surprise last night!

When I got there yesterday, the sales attendant told me that I couldn't get a ticket because I got one last week, fortunately I called first and asked and they told me I could on the phone, and I told the clerk that they said so, and I wasn't about to pay full price, I would've bought the ticket online had they not said I could get the discount on the phone, he got a manager who put in a code and did an overide. This sure isn't a smooth process. I was going to bring a friend tuesday again, but I wander if it is going to be a hassle again.

You can get the discounted friend tickets on more than one occassion correct?
