What CF will probably do...
Would not hurt my feelings, Nickelodian has always annoyed me, and I like Snoopy, however I seriously doubt that will ever happen so long as nick is popular, certainly not until the contract ends even then I doubt it. Absolutely Kings Island is in desperate need of some vintage flat rides. Certainly we need the Antique Cars back. Rides I would love to see in the future: antique cars sky ride flying scooters ferris wheel tilt a whirl A peaceful boat ride that doesn't soak you Sure none of that will ever happen though Just one more thing "Bring back Skylab"

Are the Smurfs responsible for the removal of the enchanted voyage?
That was my point, I was saying if the original theming had been left and the smurfs never been added would the ride have stayed?

Are the Smurfs responsible for the removal of the enchanted voyage?
As I was thinking about the old ride this thought occurred to me. Did they take out the enchanted voyage because the Smurf's went out of style, if so would the ride still be there today if the original theming had been left in tact?

2008 gold pass perks
I don't know if this has been discussed yet but, I noticed on the Kings Island website it talked about early entry times, but I didn't see anything about gold pass days where you get special lines this year. I wander if this perk will continue.

What Happens During the Off-Season?
Darn, I figured it was nothing, but it caught my eye.

Geauga Lake Petition
i'm a fan of old time amusement parks, and though I've never been to Geauga Lake, It's a very sad day to me when a 100 year old amusement park closes.

Closing Could Add Rides To Kings Island!

What Happens During the Off-Season?
I'm not sure what was going on, there was I believe orange barrells and caution tape.

2008 Coaster?
I think next year is shaping up to be gl transplants for all parks. It would be incredible to get a floorless b&m coaster at ki.

Where did the Eagle's used to be?
even worse take out the flying eagle and put nothing there till Cedar Fair put the 3 point game there, but I believe there is plenty of room at Kings Island to put the 3 point anywhere and leave the flying scooters, or relocate the scooters to another spot in the park, yet another old fashioned flat ride to go, It's amazing the monster and shake rattle and roll survived. I hope we get a couple flat rides or adult non wild rides from gl.

What Happens During the Off-Season?
I can't remember exactly, it wasn't the paramount story area, I think it was just off to the side of the carousel, I think behind the clock.
-
What Happens During the Off-Season?
I don't know iff this has been mentioned but it looked like there is some construction or some kind of work being done by the carousel

Where did the Eagle's used to be?
What a brilliant idea Paramounts! take a classic coney island ride and get rid of it to put another game.

Closing Could Add Rides To Kings Island!
I think cp may indeed get a ride from gl. They have a new ride or major attraction every year, as of now there has been no word on a new ride.

Geauga Lake rides side to close.
what ashame. I was planning a trip there next year, almost made it there on their last day this year, but didn't. I was looking forward to riding the big dipper. Another 100 year old park that may be biting the dust is conneaut lake i Pennsylvania: http://www.conneautlakepark.com/ one of only 2 parks left in the country that still operate a tumble bug.

An old rumor about the Racer
While were on the topic of The Racer, Old Coney Island was before my time, but I've notice any footage I've seen of the shooting star kind of reminds me of the forward racer, I always wandered if The Racer was inspired by the shooting star to remake the popular ride at the new park, being that it is in the coney mall section. Any thoughts?

What stinks about Kings Island
not blaming the park for the weather August is always a hot month, I love the September weather for me it's the best time to be at a park, so I think it stinks that the park is closed for a good portion of the month. I'd probably be up there every weekend in September. Hey couldn't they at least be open on Friday nights. Ah the memories of the Dutchman I remember riding with my sister and dad when I was about 5 or 6 and it seemed like such a big ride then.

2008 season passes
The platinum pass sounds great. 140 bucks and do I understand correctly parking to all parks is included. If so Kudos to Cedar Fair for fixing the issues of the first year!

What stinks about Kings Island
I actually haven't been down to the kingdom since before 6 flags, I really do need to get down there sometime, if nothing else to ride the flying dutchman

What stinks about Kings Island
The month of September. One of my favorite times to go to amusement parks, the weather is warm enough to enjoy, but not brutally hot, Will have to travel up to the point a couple times.

Gay Pride day?
I had no Idea it wasn't open most weekends in September, this the first time I've had a season pass in a few years, I figured it was open weekends in September, September is one of my favorite times at amusement parks, the weather isn't to hot, it's nice, guess i'll be making trips up to Cedar Point in September, I usually go up there once every september, perhaps I'll go twice if KI won't be open.
