Well I'll tell you this from first hand experience, working as a retail (food service) manager in the off season was the worst job I EVER had!

I've always wanted to ride Xcelerator, it looks like a pretty awesome ride. But if we couldn't steal it I would still like a similar ride that's as tall or taller (205ft) as fast or faster (82mph) and definitely longer (2202ft). Both of these are 2 of my favorite coasters I've EVER ridden!

So according to CPs website you can process your season pass at any park reguardless of where you bought the voucher from. For example you can buy a voucher from CP and process it at KI so you can get Joe Cool and because KI will have processing soon and CP won't have it til next spring. Does this mean no matter where you process it all Platinum Passes will look the same?

That sounds like a really cool idea actually.

Yeah just wishfull thinking, think it looks like a fun ride that would take up little space. I do like the idea of an X-Games theme, maybe in Xbase?

I always thought this roller coaster would be really fun so I think KI should build one, its small, would fit anywhere, and could be an adult version of Avatar

Halloweekends at CP was the worst day of my life last year, it was the busiest day id ever been and lines were crazy and yeah, just not a good day lol.

The Smurf ride! Only because ive never ridden any other defunct rides.

Ok I will say back in the day I LOVED the smurfs ride and the hanna barbera-go-round and you all may be excited to see the flintstones and whatever, but I believe all the 3 year olds love the Dora rides much more, and the toddlers love the rugrats runaway reptar etc.

I think there is still a HUGE market for thrill parks despite what a lot of people are saying right now, maybe Disney wants to build more of a thrill park, kind of like how IOA is to Universal?

I will agree with you, but again it feels like a different ride each time.

Was CF in debt BEFORE the purchase of the Paramount Parks?

Demon Drop is the ONLY ride at Cedar Point that I still freak out on right before the drop, even millenium force or top thrill don't really do it for me, so yes it would be a dream come true if we got it at KI it would be even better if it was themed as amazingly as "Mr. Hydes Nasty Fall" at Geauga Lake. However its for sale because its too expensive to maintain, in fact Mr. Hydes Nasty Fall was torn down to be used for replacement parts for DD, so theres no way CF would ever move it to another park, it will stay at CP until someone buys it or it falls apart.

Or even if they were to move Dominator from GL to KI.... I heard Dominator was going to Kings Dominion actually, to replace hypersonic

Some but no all, they still have pleanty of room to do whatever they want.

I really like the BIO-HAZARD idea as well and I think the green and orange would work, reminds me of Goliath at Magic Mountain, and it would fit better with the rides original name, Thunder Road. Then just replace the trains with B&M floorless suspended trains and it's a whole new ride.

If they are removing the water I HIGHLY doubt they will continue to operate it as a dry ride, is it for sure the whole ride is leaving or is that just rumor right now?

WAIT WHAT? Hypersonic isnt going to be there next year? AHH Ive always wanted to ride it, does anyone know why they have put it up for sale?

I know it's not gonna happen but this actually looks like a pretty cool park, and it would be pretty cool is CF had a park in FL. And for that price? Not a bad deal.

There is room for CF to do whatever they want at KI, it only uses up about 1/2 of the land it actually owns.

Really? Because riptide was the best I've ever ridden, and Ive ridden quite a few in my day.
