But Six Flags just kept spending and spending and buying more parks, and spending some more. Cedar Fair is NOT doing that, they bought 5 AMAZING parks that were already in awesome shape. I agree some of the financial decesions with management and pricing is the same as Six Flags but thats not what ruined Six Flags.

Ok went to GL today and honestly it was just sad to see how lifeless the park was. Every roller coaster we rode, didnt even have a full train. Heck me and my brother were the ONLY ones on head spin! Not only was it sad to see no one there but also the old water park area looks just so horrible you would think they could just drive a bulldozer over it. Also I thought I had heard talk of re-painting headspin, the color of it is even differnt on the map than in years past but it was still that ugly faded blue.

I noticed this as well so I bought my Maxx Pass from Kings Island only because Kings Island opens first and I did notice the ohio parking pass on Cedar Points website so I bought it there. Only to be told at Ceadr Point they could not add it to my pass and that I needed to buy the ohio parking pass from KI, even though KI told me they DIDN'T sell it!!! And get this if I wanted a refund for the ohio parking pass I would need to write a formal complaint to Cedar Fair to request the refund and get it in 2-4 MONTHS! They wouldn't even let me park with the paper I printed out, and said I would get re-embursed when I processed the parking pass, but since they couldn't process my pass they didn't refund my parking. Eventually they came up with the idea to change my KI maxx pass to a CP maxx pass and add Ohio Parking to it, but now I lost my gold member benefits, but I guess thats better than paying $10 every time I want to go to either park and waiting 4 months for my refund. I thought maybe I was the only one with this problem apparently not lol.

And I checked yesterday there still is nothing that says that. This is what is says: A season-long parking permit will be issued for each Individual Season-Long Parking Pass purchased. This parking permit is valid at Paramount's Kings Island only for the 2007 season. Not only does this mean it shouldnt matter what maxx pass you have, but technicaly it means you should be able to buy a parking pass even if you don't have a season pass. They even use a picture of a different pass to denote it on the site which in my mind means you get a seperate pass for parking.

I got screwed out of my gold pass features cause I had to trade in my KI maxx pass for a CP maxx pass to add the ohio parking pass to it. I do wonder if Im still in KI's system though and can get a replacement pass so I can use it as a gold pass.

3 Hours 47 Min for Firehawk Memorial Day

Every day I have been they are still only at 1 train. They have however been switching back and forth between the 2 so maybe once each one gets a fair amount of break in time they can lower the down time.

It just has a lot of down time, and getting stuck in free swing was kind of fun.

Which type of flying coasters are better? Ive only rideen Firehawk, Ill be riding Tatsu at MM in a couple weeks though.

True but I don't think KI will see a hyper coaster until SOB gets knocked down. Correct me if Im wrong though don't most all the CF parks (other than the former Paramount Parks) have a hyper coaster? I wonder if they want to add one to each Paramount Park of if the fad has died down on them now that the roller coaster wars are over.

why would they move all of those great rides to Kings Island in 1 year? So are they going to close Cedar Point? Yeah along with GL, (rumor has it anyway)

Wow that does look like a really fun coaster. And i totally agree that floorless coasters are not a fad. You could say it for any coaster really, look at hyper coasters HUGE fad.

Well where do you think it stands with the other CF parks. Does anyone wanna make a ranking list of all the CF parks (or what they believe it is anyway).
