As Interpreter said, it's totally different. Don's statement is open-ended and answers the question without answering it. Classic PR. You can change the meaning of the statement just by placing the emphasis on different nouns. Day, Ride, Summer... Just like Don's tweet "How about a little fire, Scarecrow".....Look what that started in the thread....

I think it would be incredibly cool to have a Halloween Haunt maze that introduces us to the new coaster, and it's namesake....
-
Oh you mean like every other invert ever? Don't shortchange B&M. There could be new elements for this coaster.
-
Or maybe no Fastlane at all the first year so everyone can suffer the long lines together....LOL.
-
I agree with you, however since they are selling a Fastlane pass, I doubt that will ever happen.
-
Maybe a winter festivity?

Actually, Busch gardens Tampa has a haunt similar to this called "Alone". If you pay the fee you can walk through the haunt completely alone or with your group. And somewhere near the end I believe, they separate you. There is a video on you tube....It was a pocket video, so its not too good but you could hear the show....sounds kind of intense. I think Knotts has one...I cant be certain, but I like the idea of the more intense attraction.

And it was blistering hot!
-
Greezed I stand corrected!!!
-
Heck, by 2pm the whole park was an Action Zone. Just thinking.....has a park every revamped a section and renamed all of the rides in that section? The fact the new coaster indicates a paranormal quasi theme, I wonder if the other attractions and shops could be renamed.
-
The "Action Zone" was certainly packed today!!!!!

I know this is an older topic.....but I had to give you my thoughts. My thoughts are that if I'm ever in the situation where a terrorist act occurs.....how can I help others through it ,,,, what can I do to ease others pain .....how can I get others to help those in need... I went to Disneyworld the October after New York was attacked...the world had changed and that's when everyone changed. I became more suspicious, and cautious about the surroundings and how I would protect myself until I realized that my goal should be to help the folks around me. We all live once, just be prepared and help others. Not only is it the right thing to do but it is spiritually rewarding.

It was Greezed Lightning....now it's greezed poo.

Why yes....yes it does...

I wonder if it is possible to have a splash down on an inverted coaster....I know Manta has a simulated splashdown on a flying coaster...Could be kind of cool on an inverted.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at WDW

I love them both but because Walt had his hand on nearly every project there, it's more personal and nostalgic. Pirates of the Caribbean is nearly 15 minutes long and much more extensive.....the whole mystique of the haunted mansion, the stories behind its creation and it's end result are fascinating. Plus the park is quaint and kind of reminds me of Old Coney (for a very good reason!) -
The only thing about prototypes that bothers me is that they are constantly working out bugs and making quick fixes so that the ride will operate correctly...usually throughout the first season. I would think that this would cause long distance visitors to think twice about returning to ride the "big new thing"
-
I believe that what is being built right now....will be HUGE.....
-
Interesting....what kind of prototype would you like to see?
-
Or a Brady Bunch theme.... edit: I apologize.....probably not the most appropriate post to be made here.
-
Maintenance costs would explain why parks like Universal, and IOA have fewer rides but more theming.
-
Or a Brady Bunch theme....
-
Thanks for solving that mystery....The only theories I could think of were perhaps Google Earth street level indicators or Emerald Ash bore treatments....LOL
-
Those have been on the trees in that location for a couple of years....never have figured out what they are.
-
Glad to hear it was nothing too serious.
